I started BB 9 years ago and I start having only now a thiner skin, a bit more loose on triceps, less toned
Weight loss and age don’t help but if you are young, and the skin is minimal, just take care of it hydration, drink, moisturize, massage why not esthetic laser and it will get better
But if you were very fat, a bit older than 34/35 yo, and the loose skin is catchable with one full hand, so probably just surgery (abdominoplasty WITHOUT touching at the abs muscle)

Greay news : I will start back a new diet around the 5/6 august
My coach wants me to be really free for now : ofc I started again to count my kcals and macros, and eat clean and I do walk several days a week cause I like this
But also I know I need to be in holidays, if he does not force me, I will never take them π
So I finish all my holidays in portugal with my husband controlling my kcals and macros but without stress, all chill.
I need also to find a kind of mental detachment from this sport for few weeks : I am someone way too focus which is good but I have to take this break cause this focus should not/never become a destructive obsession.
I will not lie to you : I was speaking breathing only body building, judges feedbacks, what we should do/try/undo etc this last 2 years
This is necessary to cut for having the healthiest relationship possible with this sport : as bikini is also a subjective category, unfortunately this is not the game of the drier/bigger = better like other divisions… this is all about the judges tastes and their own vision of a bikini body… and also the reason why much bikini become crazy and just quit BB, i don’t wanna reach that point of headaches and unhealthy relationship with the sport that I love the most
Also during being free, I have self conscious that I am also a woman, also need holidays, also have a husband, also have hormons, and also have feelings in general that I have to listen sometimes.
And after this free time, will be happy to be back to my routine π«ΆπΌ
Today pool day, no work, walk with my husband, classic holidays in fact and barber for him now atm I write to you π«ΆπΌ

On other part of the body would have told you to add more muscle tissue to fill up the skin, but for the abs zone we want it always smaller
Surgery is the most efficient option if there is a lot of loose skin
If the loose skin is minimal, you can improve it naturally
Also it exist a laser that can improve the skin aspect, some esthetical doctors do it on the face loose skin on cheeks
If it works on empty cheeks it can work on abs i think

Also maybe avoid doing a huge meal post workout as during digestion or after, energies level are very low, so idk if your post workout is big, but soft post workout meal could also help added to the dial in

1/ years of training ?
2/ split, exercises, sets, reps, rest pause, weights
3/ diet, macros / and if diet has been followed 100% (if yes since how long?)
4/ natty, enhanced ?
5/ cardio, no cardio ?
6/ followed by a coach or alone ?
7/ blood works ? Thyroid, Hormons etc on point ?
8/ any disease?
9/ how is your sleep/ stress ?
10/ is he way too lean, or way too fat ?
I am sure I forget still some points : but here some variables we need to know to at least giving you 2% of an answer/explanation

Hello everyone
This am we left the hotel and we got 3h trip to our new destination in the South of Portugal
We have checked the car this am with a garagist, was a very easy trouble to fix so actually in 5 min it has been done and the guy did not ask us to pay
Even better!
Today I started my new diet plan and we gonna workout this afternoon
My husband wants to do me the diet for all this month, and we plan to loose a bit the water retention for the free week, also he added a bit of cardio
30 fasted walk + 30 post workout
We don’t gonna go for a growth season as I don’t need to grow, we just have to change the shape of my glutes : judges wants less peachy and less wide and round, and more like a drop.
So basically we gonna remove the angles and lateral moves at the gym, also remove all sumo stances and focus on very small stance (no wider than shoulders) and only straight behind kicks for the kickbacks.

In your checked in bags should be fine, but remove the boxes and names on products just mix them with bottles of shampoos and stuffs and will be ok
They occasionally do random check and ofc if they see the box with the name on it they will look for more π

Yesterday we were at the beach, walking, but then to come back, we had a car trouble and was very problematic as it was saturday evening and nothing is open on sundays, and monday we are supposed to leave

Hello Stefano,
I am very coachable but I discovered I was this person only with one coach (my forever coach, the one and only, 9 years team) and when my coach asked me to go with another coach because I “deserved better placing at contests”, I discovered being a very non coachable athlete, still executing the plan 100% but without 1% of trust in this new coach.
Results : I went back to my forever coach π
I think being coachable depend on the trust u put into the person who coaches you
It’s not just a questions of technics, if the coach wants your success more than everything ; and you know it and feel it, you will be coachable.
Majority of coaches just send you a diet/workout plan but don’t invest their humanity into the athletes.
The question is very simple : do you reach your goals alone or not ? If not, you don’t have the choice to trust one coach and be coachable.
And if yes, why taking a coach ?
