    If macros are same and digestion is same why not

    Each spices can give u the impression of eating one diff plate each time

    Smoked paprika

    Garlic oregano

    Curry

    And more

    Also u can make a boiling water seasonned sauce, with lemon and herbs or with mushrooms or meat juice to add to your meal

    I would suggest you to change oats into cream of rice tbjp

    And also carrot + zucchini is not bad but you don’t have rice no where and a lot of veggies in my opinion

    You can still keep a bit of rice even if you wanna cut “aggressively”

    I would not put 300gr of veggies in the last two meals, i would reduce to 100gr/150gr each meal max, and add variety

    75gr spinach

    75gr asparagus

    Also cucumbers bloats me, and my husband also, so potentially put spinach in the morning instead of cucumbers

    Be careful with brocolis also, personnally I dont digest oats, brocolis, cucumbers

    I would add some pineapple also as my friends said earlier

    Full day of work on my posing video corrections today

    Also I decided to run a partially fasted day, as I feel I needed to let my digestion rest a little

    And honestly i feel so good now still at 6pm fasted, feel energized, not tired

    Just I drink water like usual 5/6L but no food nothing

    5th place for me yesterday

    Very cool achievement and very nice feedback : too wide hips and glutes

    Same feedback than empro and the show in usa no matter the conditionning

    I tried to slim down the shape since april and we did it but it still too much

    Now I take few days out of diet so yesterday evening free meal quite clean with extra dessert donut pistachio

    And this morning brunch croissant toasts butter bakeries and tonight sushis

    Tomorro I am back to my clean eating even with no diet still, I feel better in control with it, and also I wanna look good.

    I enjoyed enough in this 1,1 day, it did not happened since new year eve, and now I start my off season so ofc I stop all the protocol except gh.

    In one month I gonna make a blood work to check everything

    This am makeup appointment, cause yes this is d day,

    I am gonna weight myself and update you but we don’t cut food or water, we will just manage their qties according to the look

    So i was saying makeup, checkin, and sleep again, the goal is to keep everything the same than a normal day

    Thyroidal hormons can aid for fat loss but those are very very special to use, you need a SUPER mega guidance on t3 and t4

    Most of the time you won’t need those for fat loss, so stop it as you did is good, it should back up to normal then with time but I would not use it personnally

    Hello guyz

    We are one day out

    I gonna take my shower, go watch my husband going on stage this am in men’s physique amateur

    Right before leaving the flat I gonna have my check in for my coach

    Bringing my pre workout with me at the venue cause after I wanna train, shape is improving so much since I move a little more so we gonna keep the routine as it is

    No cardio just chill steps here and there to stay active and activate digestion but we don’t count them

    After meal 3 i will have another check in and we gonna settle the strategy for tonight and then the few optional strategies for tomorrow

    Tomorrow i go on stage around 5/6pm portugal time/uk time and 6/7pm france time

    Hello my friend, as my team mates already told you, too much variables here to give you a proper answer unfortunately

    Depend on the diet, the way you trained and keep training, the rest, the type of cardio/qty of cardio, your metabolism, genetics, how much years of workout with intensity you got behind yourself etc etc

    I mean some people under PED could keep their muscles and other with same protocol same diet could loose them a bit, it’s very individual
