    Hello guys

    58,1kg fasted today

    Weight increased again

    Belly is a bit painful still, i have booked a session with a physio on friday i think this is again my psoas

    Today 15 – 10 – 10 min of cardio in between meal to help in digestion

    Rest day from the gym and full day of posing lessons online

    This am checkin 57,8kg fasted

    Being a tad bloated on rest day probably because of the protein quantities so we did reduction of grams per meal

    Except this i have to do some walk between meal to activate digestion

    And here we are on rest days

    Tomorrow full day of work on my online posing lessons

    But not all the CORs are equal

    the only COR that I digest well is the tbjp COR

    I was using it waaay before being part of the team tbjp and I think it’s simply the best

    Hello guyz

    Yesterday evening i had a checkin 58,5kg 7,5L water and 4 meals in and another one at 58,9kg all meals in.

    The shape was tighter that it used to be for 10 days lol just needed a good plane trip (πŸ˜‚) we are quite happy FINALLY

    Today first day in portugal but full day on posing online lessons for me, and normally my husband arrive tonight or tomorrow according to his plans for the peak week

    Still need to do my 30min cardio and the checkin of this morning cause i just woke up

    Exactly, enjoyment source is what matters for you be consistent, for me is suffering enough, being exhausted af and seing results

    For example now to fit my division in bodybuilding, I really DON’T enjoy training except on hipthrusts, cause I can only workout glutes and no other muscles , I have to size down all my muscles and the shape regresses/size down (it’s a progression in another direction yes but…) for me it’s still the opposite of progressing : conclusion idk how much time I will handle this and how long I will hold on without all the missing sources of enjoyment.

    As an athlete I am still dedicated so I keep always the plan 100% but the enjoyment is gone litterally.

    Find your source of excitement enjoyment and settle everything for you to be that person who will be consistent

    Depends on what is your goal actually, cause depending the goal, we can define differently the “enjoyment”

    Some people enjoy to train but the training has nothing enjoyable but they do enjoy having pain, suffering, being on the ground… that’s what you have to do when you are an athlete or wish to be a competitor

    Some people just like the pump, or when it burns and it make them enjoy the training cause it’s a satisfiying suffer, or some other like to do very little reps to feel strong and not feeling nervously exhausted or muscularly exhausted.

    So depending on your purpose, we will give you a different answer.

    And also if you are auto regulated I think you don’t aim to compete, you just do that to feel good and evolve. So if this is the case, do as you want, I mean, Lower the volume does not mean regression, I progressed twice more when my volume is low, cause I can put more intensity to each set.

    Don’t plan your deloads in advance though, take a deload when it is necessary, some people don’t need deloads for weeks and at the moment it’s fine, well it’s fine.

    Don’t hesitate to alternate gym with other forms of training, which can help you to enjoy/have fun and also keep progressing on your loads.

    During covid lockdown I trained with bands, and pliometrical circuit and the progressive loads that the bands / and the explosivity the the curcuit bring you, help you to improve your loads at the gym.

    For me you just need to review your main goal if you don’t aim to be a competitor

    Hello guys

    Checkin this am 57,9kg so more 200gr

    But it’s also post lower day so normal for this

    Shape is getting better, less water but the weight still don’t drop

    I will need to stop my season after portugal, that’s the sign that I am doing the “too much” show, but well… we never know

    Luggage are ready and meal prep also for tomorrow travel day to portugal

    Posing lesson today in my studio and nail appointment now i gonna do my cardio 30min and then chill and try to get to bed early

    Also the problem of primo in injection is that ok it is safer than anavar but at the inj timing you got some hormonal peaks who can cause virilization very easily cause added on top of the last application, so yes it does not go by your mouth but it has sides

    And it stays longer in your body than anavar who has a lower living duration

    Added to this, real primo is rare so you might find everything else than primo called primo though

    I could add that most of the time, the training is not adapted so that’s why coaches feel the need to increase peds

    But for me primo or anavar dosage that you spoke are way too high For a bikini

    Ofc we are all different but it seems a lot as it is some dosage I see more on wellness athletes

    The amount of musculature a bikini needs is very very low and depending on the countey in which you are competing, they don’t want the “hard look”
