    Hello guys

    Checkin this am 57,7kg

    I am not loosing weight anymore and not loosing the water retention

    The body is saying “huuum no thanks” it does not want to go further

    The coach gonna control the salt by 50% less tomorrow and the water 1L less than what i was doing

    And let’s see

    Full day of work on posing lessons today

    It’s so so so hot since two days in france and we don’t have air conditioning as this happen litterally two days a year lol

    I don’t know if this is linked to my water retention or if I am just tired but well

    Let’s see

    Today check in 57,6 so 300gr up

    Shorter sleep of 6h so i guess that’s why

    Still not ready but better

    Today rest day from the gym and lymphatic massage tonight with the best Priscilla Pernot

    Luggage is complete, monthly administrative stuff done, next month administration also done in advance

    Now just need to loose my water retention lol and leave home on Saturday

    My cardio has been done also

    Tomorrow rest day from gym again but full day of work on my posing visios lessons

    Hello guys

    Check in this am 57,3kg still not ready on the back shot 🙃

    Body is very unresponsive, but I knew it would be hard to push for a 7th show for this season

    Normally my body says “no thanks” on the third one

    I had luck this time

    Front pose is ready, but still holding some idk what on the hips, seems like water/fat/flatness of glutes all mixed together

    Cardio has been increased to 30min daily and also food has been reduced

    Check in everyday ofc

    Today was glutes day, very good workout a lot of pump, weights did not decreased

    Let’s see

    Just did my 30min cardio walking

    And now settling up my luggage for portugal as i leave saturday

    And today a lot of administrative work for my posing subscriptions of july as i will keep working in july even if I leave for one month of holidays after portugal in portugal, or idk maybe alicante as my husband an i love it so so much

    I need a break, no Olympia pass for me this year, main feedback : wide hips so no matter how you come : soft or shredded, the structure is too wide now for bikini on the lower part.

    The 2023 growth season has put me into troubles * I know

    Today check in 58,5kg so 800gr more

    We cut the carbs at the two last meals

    I feel body is tired and also sleep is not quality and digestion either

    Also some personal stresses that can impact this

    First of all

    I would add two meals or one more meal

    Then I would put more carbs slowly cause you are not very high, also spread more the proteins during the day cause your amount of protein per meal seems a lot to me compared to what I see in general

    Also I would add a little bit of diversity in your veggies, not just peppers

    And also I would change the meal of the morning with something else than powders,

    First meal is better solid in my eyes

    Bread eggs can be a super option

    I would put the red fruits on the breakfast instead of during the day

    And also change the peanut butter for almond butter and not in the breakfast if you eat whole eggs you will have your fats from the yellows

    I don’t see a lot of fats here nor carbs

    So add a little bit of olive oil here and there and some rice/potatoes here and there

    You clearly need to take your time yes, but variate your food a bit more

    If you digest peppers perfectly ok but try green beans, spinach, zucchinis

    Not in excess ofc but it may help you to stay on track

    What I do is I keep my mind busy, btw meal, work, clean, go out etc

    It’s normal to be hungry while in prep… no one can avoid hunger except people with high amount of food and for some of them they are still hungry

    Accept the hunger and embrace it

    Hello everyone

    Checkin this am 57,9kg so big weight drop as expected but still not the condition we want

    The line up for portugal will be very tight so we gonna go for a tighter look, criterions variate much from show to show and judge to judge

    But the top3/4 leaders have really deep ties in, so we got to get the look also

    Today was rest day, i did my cardio and washing machines cleaning etc and also catching up some posing corrections of the girls who forgot to send their videos yesterday grr

    Now i gonna go for a sauna and netflix

    I would advise you to slowly increase the first week back to workout, but also putting an emphasis on a good warm up, and good feeder sets, and then see how your body respond after the feeders

    I mean, if you are ready to go back to the full volume you will feel it, and will be able to push more.

    If you don’t feel it, just gradually increase.

    For my side : I alway go back to the previous volume and even get stronger (in weights or reps) once back at workout than i was before.

    Just do what you feel you can do bud

    Hello guyz

    Check in this am fasted : 58,6kg

    The coach added 25min walk and 40mcg clemb again, and also lower the diet; as per the feedback was too soft this Sunday in Alicante, we gonna go tighter again.

    He added the clemb straight away cause fatigue is here, maybe not mentally but the shape is getting tired, and he does not want to stress my body more lowering the diet too much, so a bit of clemb, a bit of walk, a bit less food, gently.

    We gonna go for the shape i like better and which fits me better, and let’s hope Bill the headjudge in portugal gonna like it.

    Today full day of posing video corrections, also glutes workout, and 25min cardio done.

    Planning my trip and booking everything for portugal. Maybe it’s the last stop, or maybe not let’s see.

    Hello everyone

    Rest day today but also full day of work on my online posing lessons

    Now waiting at the physiotherapist cabinet

    My neck is stuck (probably because of the plane trip from india to france, I fell asleep in a very weird position and since then it was painful, but since two days I lost the sensitivity on my skull 😂

    Idk maybe a stuck nerve or smg

    Let’s see

    Tomorrow I start again my routine workouts etc

    I had two days of free diet so I am sitting at +2kg from stage weight this sunday, a little water retention but nothing huge
