    Hello everyone

    Check-in this am 57,3kg so 100gr less than yesterday, even with the fats/carbs increase for the last meal.

    Today refeed day on glutes day, and also according to the shape this morning, my coach will increase again the fats in the last meal on top of what have been already increased.

    Departure tomorrow so today I need to prepare my meals for tomorrow (just pack them cause they are cooked already) and do my foot nails cause the nail polish has faded away since few days.

    Nothing special except that the girl for the posing lesson in my studio NEVER CAME… So I was pissed off clearly, no text, no call, just total silence. I called her and everything no answer and she was online on IG AND did stories in the morning so she was alive…

    It’s a lesson for me. Now I will make them pay an account and no refund if they forget.

    I could have been already since yesterday evening in India… gr

    That’s possibly due to your breathing technic, I do think you eat a lot of air then cut your breath

    Do u use any waist trainer at the gym or lifting belt ?

    Cause this compression can also mess up your digestion if you don’t wait enough time after eating you pre wo before working out, and coupled to bad breathing technic it can cause small troubles like this

    I suggest u maybe first

    Wait enough before going to the gym (1h/1h30 post pre wo meal) then stop using belt if you do so, and anyway go to review your intestins/stomach by a doctor/exams and relearn the breathing technics with a physio therapist weekly, and also start doing hypopressive works with the amazing Karinaonji on IG, it will help you to control your core while working out, without swallowing your air/breath while keepin a tight core when lifting weights

    Hello everyone

    Check in this am 57,4kg so 500gr less in the night without doing nothing

    We gonna increase the diet

    Meal prep for the travel is done : very easy as I will travel by night

    So i just need two meals packed for india

    I fly tuesday evening

    Probably we will do the next check in wednesday at midday when i arrive at the hotel

    Now just finishing packing my bags

    Also today full day of posing lessons online

    And tomorrow i workout glutes we will probably do a refeed on that day and i will have one posing lesson inside my studio.

    We are 7 days out

    Totally forgot to do my log yesterday, I was finishing my luggages for india and I fell alseep

    Jet lag from usa is still not done

    Anyway

    Yesterday check in 57,9kg

    So we stay equal in diet and no cardio

    Was glutes yesterday also

    I will update u for the one of today

    Check in this am

    58kg very good look today, softer finally so we gonna maintain this

    We added again 20min steps and keep the diet equal

    Been full of work today : video posing corrections all day, 2 presential posing lessons into my studio, and finishing tonight the corrections with my glutes workout and my cardio in between ❤️

    Tomorrow rest day, lashes appointment, 2 posing lessons into my studio and need to go to the pharmacie to take smg for heavy legs (44degrees in india) so i prefer to anticipate and smg to sleep for the plane.

    I mean even if you do a growth on a not lean starting point, then after you will have to diet down anyway and you would accumulate much more fat… so if you are not mentally to diet down, don’t do nothing except maintenance

    We just need to know what the context of “can’t mentally”

    Growth season is always followed by diet down then

    Honestly, I think that yes !

    You are quite lean, not EXTRA SUPER lean but lean enough to me.

    Also you wanna start to grow, so it’s good to keep an amount of low intensity cardio when you increase food a lot for many purposes, but you will ofc have to slow down on other taxative sports in terms of cardio and kcals expenditure, but if you focus only on body building : try to rest maximum you can when you wanna grow and space enough your trainings for you to recover properly and get the maximum of it.

    400gr more than Friday with the refeed of saturday and the stop of 20min cardio

    The coach gonna modify the diet again

    We need to be a bit less dry still

    I have been working today for a documentary that gonna launched next year about bb

    At the cinema 🙏🙏 and then glutes workout and 20min cardio again as my routine go back to normal

    Tomorrow bottox appointment and chill all afternoon, i need it, i did not find back my sleep since back from usa

    I basically go to bed at 4 and wakeup at 7am

    From wake up to evening, been non stop posing lessons. Normal : i had to reschedule a lot of spots cause i delete two days of posing lessons already bookeds, cause I added one more date for a contest 🫡🥹

    Sorry for yesterday I thought I had posted but I did not 😂

    Yesterday we ran a refeed day, but very light… from 80gr bread to 100

    From 120gr rice to 180

    And 100gr rice to 180

    And 15gr carbs last leal to 25gr carbs

    And also my twice 70gr cor to 85gr cor pre and post wo

    Been training glutes yesterday but the gym was full so was not the most efficient/best workout i have done

    I will do another log tonight for today

    This one was for yesterday xoxo

    When was last deload?

    You can go for one set and see

    Add a rest day in between

    And maybe avoid doing cardio much on legs day? Even if it’s not intense, just priviledge more rest on that particular day
