Fasted checkin this am
58,6kg so the weight is up which is good cause my coach has increased the diet and added an extra 200ml ice cream in the last meal on training days
The look is almost the same than stage shape but heavier, and since one day out, my digestion did not went to normal yet
I am still bloated with difficulties to go to the toilets
Tomorrow is plane trip back to france ❤️
And we are also 5 weeks out, yes i have decided not to stop on a failure, i wanna improve until the next one, as my way of life as a bikini is quite sustainable… i mean almost no workout, no cardio, very very decent diet… I am far from tired except after three plane trip in usa and three shows back to back but that’s exceptional.
So i gonna compete in the empro on the 16th june and we gonna change the approach again.

Hello guyz
Unfortunately i could not update before regarding show day as the d day as been totally a mess
Been weighted in at 57,9kg fasted and then i have lost 1,2kg in 3h cause makeup was late
Was a nightmare
Makeup and hair was shit, and i did not shit the morning of the show, so when i ate food, i bloat.
So ofc third call out, too dry, feeling bloated, so posing was harder.
Well… feedback of etila and sandy was : what happened ?? You were not supposed to come leaner ?
Well i know… lol exactly the topic I have posted in the forum few days ago…
Woke up perfect then the shape juste dried out totally and big weight drop without adding more steps cause i took an uber, i kept drinking my water. Like the two others show but this time, the frustration of the maleup and hair running late… plays on my nerves and i have lost that fckin 1,2kg
So we got kind of the explanation of the weight loss during the day : the mind, nerves.
I go back home on tuesday and i leave usa still happy but i could have done better than 14th place i know it.

This am 57,9kg but no shit, bloated and an intercoastal muscle stuck 🤣 what a luck🍀

I can even add that i remove all my jewelry and stuff for hair when i weight myself everytime and i make sure having no cream on the body or having dry hair without serum or oil 🤣
I am crazy but that’s the big mistery of my life since few years

Hey allison – I saw in one of your previous posts you have recent added Asparagus to meals to bring fluid retention down – if you have kept this in maybe its having a duiretic effect over the day and brnging your weight down?

Are you weighing yourself with the same variables, for example same weighing scales and in the same place, are you weighing in the same underwear. Have you done much output from steps or cardio, used any fat burners in that time?

I know you are taking in fluid and food which would equate to weight

Checkin this am 57,6kg so 200gr less than yesterday. We keep the same diet plan
Been to the Pro Gym if the Ifbb pro league today with Jim Manion and JM Manion to record the Road to Pittsburgh Pro, also a fake glutes workout lol as today is my rest day
And a posing routine with Bill SIBILA and Etila commenting my shape and posing
Two things : they wants me softer shape wise
And they want a more relaxed back pose to hide more the legs and shoulders
So it will be done but for the soft size of the shape… i am not sure we gonna change anything honestly, as if i get softer, I gonna loose my identity, I am not TOO dry either though…
We wanna listen to them yes but I am not gonna win anyway so… we reflect a lot and we gonna just keep the small layer of water I got in the morning (which goes away in the day) as I did a check-in this afternoon after the pro gym and I was at 57,3kg so during the day with the water and meals I am dryer and also lighter : don’t ask me why, it’s all the time like this for me.
So as they saw me dryer that I am supposed to be, I guess we will just need to keep the look fasted so probably almost fasted on stage at 3pm and 7pm
Let’s see.
Tomorrow glutes day and last workout before the show on friday.
Also, funerals of my granma are the 16th so luckily I will be back home 🕊️🪽

Hey buddy! As the guys have mentioned it’s very person dependant. In my experience I think it can make you very flat. The times I used it in the past I think the flatness overpowered my dryness. I’m someone that tends to get very dry naturally during prep so it’s something that I just don’t need. I also think it works a bit better with heavy muscular competitors, when doing huge carbs up heavyweight and super heavyweight bodybuilders I think will benefit the most.
Totally agreeYou may wake up shredded but minutes to minutes the diuretic continues to plays and you risk to flatten your shape and it’s gonna get worst during the day as fuck and point is that you absolutely need your water for your fullness and muscle pop…For the less muscular categories it’s really not mandatory, play with the stuff i told you first if you are totally fat freeCause also sometimes we think being watery but we are just not free from fat.Exemple: for the bikini category which requires us to keep a small amount of fat left (as men’s physique) the limit between not dry enough and watery is really thinWe do not require being peeled litterally so the shape can naviguate between flat fat watery most of the timeBut if it’s just a very small Amount of water, honestly don’t use diazide, just vita C, control your water / watch yout salt intake / and asparagus and you’ll be fineInstagram : @allisontestu

Hello everyone
My grandmother died this morning 😭
In 24h she just went into a coma then leave us.
I would even not have been able to get time to come back home even if I tried.
The only postitive is that she passed very fast and did not suffer.
She gonna miss me so much, she did not wait me to come back, fortunately I have been seing her quite a lot before leaving for the usa, but you know, it never feels enough.
Check in this morning 57,8 a little bit watery so we gonna keep the base diet without the small refeed pre and post workout which became the standard diet with time of use.
We just go back to the one before, with less honey, less almond butter and less cor
Today hams workout and massage at 5pm
