    Basically you can start trying asparagus and vitamin C first and see how your body respond

    I was impressed seing how my shape could change with just those two and a small control of water

    All year 6L water

    All year 2gr vitamin C per day

    All year 12gr salt (I am a salty tongue)

    Basically before my show I had water retention at 1 day out but it’s been month i was stage ready (strange but the body has its reasons that the reason ignores lol)

    We put 80gr asparagus each meal (5 meals on 6) we let the salt equal, we let my 100gr rice per meal equal, we just limit at 4L for that day and 1gr vitamin C each meal until the 4th

    I woke up shredded to the bone

    Experience always the healthier option first in advance, cause sometimes diuretic makes it worst in and out

    For the question on diuretics i let the more knowledgeable people here answering

    Hello everyone

    Been a bit late on the update so yesterday check in 57,5kg fasted we did a refeed and glutes workout

    This morning same weight and much much better look. Glutes look waaaay different

    This morning early i also had bad news, my grandmother is in the coma while i am here, away, and doctors are not optimistic at all so they ask my family to come and start saying goodbye… but I am here

    My mom does not want me home she tells me that’s it’s pointless to miss my show and throw up ll the hard work like this… but it still heart breaking

    I hope grandma gonna wait my comebak the 15th before leaving us

    For that reason I have no other choice than giving my best in 5 days

    Still a tad of water but my coach wanna keep this thin layer at least until sunday

    We are 8 days out

    Today was glutes was a super workout at elevate fitness

    And then some shopping for chicken and asparagus

    Tomorrow is rest day

    Well this depends from person to person

    I know some guys who have child while being full of drugs and the wife has just forgot one contraception pill from her tablet 😂

    If you wanna maximize your chances, run off everything, cause if you have been trying already and does not happen, well… or your wife is getting troubles to get pregnant + you with drugs or it’s just you with drugs

    I also know one guy who has been one year totally off everything and nothing happened, but after 1,5 years, it happened finally.

    Run off cycle totally is my advice.

    Hello guyz

    Checkin this morning ( i have posted on ig) 57,5kg so big drop of 500gr

    Mainly water

    We keep everything the same on diet, but we increase from 8gr to 13gr the fats for the last meal

    Today was rest day, so nothing special, i have been for a quick walk to the pharmacy and been prepping my magic rosemary hair serum

    Incredible for hair while in prep i recommand +++ if you need more infos don’t hesitate to comment here and ask

    Or i have done a highlight story in ig where I have saved the recipe and the directions of use

    Then been doing the administrative stuff as every 1st day of the month (state french declarations etc, invoices etc)

    What was your diet before ? Did you have one or was it totally untracked ?

    Were you fat or quite lean ?

    Seems like the only info we can help you with is the weight loss after a pc, which can be very normal as you seems : 1/ in deficit , 2/ pc

    But if you were quite lean, and already tracking your macros before, well be quick and bump up your diet, cause that’s way too fast though

    Checkin this morning 58kg

    A little bit watery from yesterday’s travel in plane

    It should come back to normal tomorrow or the day after

    We keep the plan equal, no need to cut food

    We are just 10 days out

    Also i have been working out glutes at the powerhouse gym Pittsburgh today, very nice gym if one day you go in the Pittsburgh zone🫶🏼

    We just need to maintain the muscle, and according to the feedbacks of Sandy … we need to size down still…

    My weight on klash and wasatch stage was around 57kg

    So ideal would be to be btw 56 and 57kg

    With show day yesterday i totally forgot to update the log

    I finished 4th place again

    So happy

    Next one is in two weeks at pittsburgh

    Been check in today 58kg fasted

    Yesterday i ate clean post show but did not counted the quantities i just know approx that i have eaten a lot 🤗

    But only few grams more

    Today i started again my meal plan and went to workout glutes

    And this afternoon i packed again my stuff and luggages cause tomorrow i take the plane for pittsburgh
