    For lunch we gonna eat with the family of my husband (for us 2 = our diet tupps) then we gonna workout and I gonna do my 30min cardio before having dinner with my coach @teammhd and his wife for her birthday, free meal tonight so let’s see what will be on the menu

    Good morning Guyz

    We’re still on the road in car for Portugal

    We left Paris at 10pm yesterday night, so it’s been 8 hours of drive, 6 hours left.

    No cardio today, no workout for sure, cause I’ve slept maybe 1h total, let’s see if after a small nap once arrived I will have the energy to do it.

    Travels days are always special for me, with my coach we know that I loose a lot of weight during those types of days even while keeping all my meals done, so it’s our routine to always rest totally.

    And more rest has always it’s benefits πŸ€—

    Rest day from workout today

    All day posing classes online

    At 6pm appointment with my physiotherapist

    And tonight we take the road to portugal with my husband after our meal prep

    Hello everyone

    Busy busy day today

    Was the check-in posing of all my posing subcribers, i’ve divided my work in two part

    Morning between my breakfast and my workout, and all evening

    I’ve finished at 10pm

    Fasted routine 30min at 8am

    I’ve workout glutes from 1pm to 3pm

    Cardio 30min from 3.30pm to 4pm

    Then shower and appointment deep tissue massage at 5pm with Priscilla Pernot (FigurePro Wbff world champ) the wife of Marco Ruz (Classique Pro Olympian) (omg belly went flat right after)

    The easiest to distract yourself is to keep your mind busy, go out, work, study, watch a film, clean the house, you just need to keep your brain on something else.

    Drink tea also, but not sooo much, drink water.

    Make your food looking nice with spices and diff types of cooking, use small plates instead of big ones.

    FOR my side when I am hungry I cook pastries for my family or my man, I touch the food, manipulate it, and it also strengthen my mind to touch it without eating it. You will congratulate yourself for eating nothing that you cooked, and this satisfaction feeling gives much confidence. My coach told me I am crazy doing this but πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    My husband/trainer came to train me at the gym today, if I wanna make sure I do progress on legs, i need to have him by my sides to watch the execution, make sure I use all of my reps despite the overload.

    This afternoon i’ve been cleaning all the house before our departure to portugal on Wednesday, there was a huge tempest yesterday and all the leaves came in πŸ˜‚

    Tonight i’ve been prepping my Supps box for our 22 days holidays

    Now i can rest and tomorrow all day I got the posing check-ins of my clients by video, + 1 appointment for deep tissue massage and all the meal prep to do on top of the glutes workout and my 30min cardio 🎊

    Belly troubles disappeared this morning soooo big workout of legs today

    I went to do food shopping with my husband and i’ve spent all afternoon prepping my luggages for our holidays to portugal starting in 4 days

    No cardio today as it was Leg day

    Free meal tonight, toasts avocado eggs tuna tomatoes πŸ₯‘πŸ…πŸ₯šπŸ˜œπŸ’ͺ🏼

    Tomorrow big day of work on posing classes online

    Today is rest day

    Same fasted routine than usual

    I was expecting a posing client in my Studio today but she cancelled for trafic reasons to cross Paris, she is totally stuck 😭

    So a real chill day for me, gonna jump in the pool and do my cardio 30min tonight.

    By belly hurts me a little today so finally, cancelation of plans are not so bad.

    I think my diastasis/or psoas is bit suffering

    Luckily in few days I gonna have my weekly Appointment with my physio. Gonna ask him again for dry needling for my wrists cause today the pain woke up again

    I am all broken, such a mess πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    Positive vibes only, at least I still got my two legs, my two arms and i can train and do what I love.

    Always remember that there is worst troubkes than our troubles πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

    Hello everyone πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

    Today same routine than usual

    30min vacuum/Stretching/Mobility

    Then I just weighted myself post breakfast to have an idea cause I was feeling quite heavy today πŸ˜‚

    70kg! OMG

    It’s crazy, I’ve never exceed 63kg/64kg something in off Bikini 😱😱😱

    And the shape is x2 better than when I was in Off Bikini for sure as I can train all the lower body muscles again πŸ₯Ί

    It’s cray to remember i’ve started bb in feb 2016 with 47kg and today 70kg

    Obviously was post Breakfast but… I am so happy to see this number on the scale 😭

    Next check-in with my coach @teammhd and my trainer @rise.up_coaching will be on the 23rd June, after 16 hours of driving to Portugal for our holidays.

    We plan to stay a week in Algarve and then come to see the Mister big Portugal pro show the 9th July in Estoril, I wanna see a Wellness show from the other side (spectator) and encourage my bikini pro friends alsoπŸ₯°

    Today was hamstrings workout

    It went very good πŸ€—

    I am working all afternoon on my Posing Abos’ Corrections (next to the pool) , and in 40min I have a Posing Class online for one client ❀️

    Then I will go back to my Posing Abos’ Corrections again, and my 30min cardio after I am done πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

    Working home is really the best feeling ever πŸ₯Ί
