    Same routine this am

    I workout glutes and calves today

    I have bought an extension from gym pin for the hammer hipthrust machine and I have been able to put 230kg for 10reps then 9reps then 4×4 reps

    Super nice stuff and I can keep progressing!!

    Then we spend the afternoon in family 😍

    And I have the feedback of my coach, we increase the diet again

    Next check in this tuesday

    Hello my friend, yes clearly this is not the type of product that gonna show results on a short term basis.

    I will use the image of the cigarette, you smoke but you cannot see the damages on one day, one week, one month cause it’s not palpable first of all. But if you smoke for several years… then you will feel the difference in a bad way on many aspects.

    Nmn is same, not palpable, it’s on the long run.

    Hello guys

    Same fasted routine this morning

    And check in : 59,4kg so only 100gr with the food increase, and today I litterally did only 170 steps… lol

    I am still waiting the feedback of my coach, we are two weeks out !!

    Also I had a posing lesson into my studio today, and I have just rested a lot.

    Also we just have one car for two since dew days already so my husband took it today, and it was my rest day from the gym cause I don’t train anymore upper body at all.

    Hey mate!

    Acid salicylics exists also in serum, you can couple this with acid nyacinamid

    I advide u to shower directly after workout, and exfoliate with bicarbonate of sodium once week, it can be some hairs bulbs infected also (the little duvet blond hairs) sorry for my English ahah

    or it can comes from food also so if you have changed smg lately stop eating it

    The source often is a change in hormons.

    Go to see a dermatlogist if it does not stop.

    Same routine this am

    Hams and calves workout today, we keep the reserve reps until the end of the week

    Also this afternoon hypnosis appointment and before and after workout and appointment I had all my posing video corrections of the 45 girls

    Full full day and I am all tired after hypnosis

    Now time to chill

    Tomorrow check in again

    Exactly, just find your priority at the moment.

    If you prefer to run, run and go to the gym.

    If you prefer to build muscle, even more naturally, you need to slow down on running.

    And if you like both and looking for balance, do both.

    But running is taxative on muscle and muscles is slowing down your run.

    They are no uncompatible but it’s very complicated doing good at both πŸ™

    Today same fasted routine

    Also check in this am : 59,3kg so 700gr less than Saturday (even without steps anymore and food up)

    We are 2,5 weeks out and so impatient for the come back, first show is an experience, we just wanna be compared to the other ladies and adjust for usa

    I workout glutes today and calves

    We still keep for the whole week the 3 reserve reps, to remove the spams at the glute.

    Also I have sent an email to my doc AndrΓ© and he told me I need a potassium charge so he told me to buy potassium chloride and take for 10 days around 600/800 per day added to sodium salt charge (but for this i am already very high)

    Hello guys

    Same fasted routine today

    No cardio anymore that’s the feedback of my coach from the check-in of Saturday

    So… πŸ˜‚πŸ€ŒπŸ½ no slow walk anymore

    Today I got a dentist appointement, and then I gonna workout hams.

    I have checked my weight this morning cause I was feeling a bit tighter and I have lost 300gr in the night πŸ˜‚

    Let’s see how things gonna evolve for these 2,9 weeks out.

    I am very impatient to come back on stage but I don’t expect nothing except being proud and feel good on stage.

    That’s my best prep so far and the easiest 🫠

    Yes agree with the guys above

    You cannot plan in advance, you will have to wait for the first phase and see how your physic is responding first, some people don’t need a minicut and are responding perfectly. Blood work mandatory after the first phase and if your body compo is good and blood work is good, why doing a mini cut ?
