    It will depend on your main goal,

    Work or gym progress?

    If your work is your main passion, so yes ofc you cannot let those leg days make you unproductive !

    But I can feel that gym is smg that takes a lot of importance into your life ! So I would personnally arrange the leg days on a rest day from work, like this you can have the time to rest and don’t think or overthink about the fact being unproductive.

    Very hard leg days = suffer/sometimes barely walk/wanna sleep

    The moment you will have to think about too much hard training for your body : it’s when your nervous system is ko, joints too painful… etc

    If the fatigue is really deep compared to other people training legs like you, i mean really deep : make a blood work just to check you don’t have any lack of vitamins/minerals/metals

    And that you have a good sleep too

    Hello guys

    Fasted routine same

    Checkin this am

    60kg so 100gr less than 2 days ago

    Weight still dropping so we did good to decrease cardio and increase food

    Glutes and calves workout with my husband today, small deload so i did stop my sets 3 reps until the total failure

    Then house cleaning shopping and once back home full house cleaning

    I swear i hate this

    Now I have few things to finish cleaning then i gonna do my cardio 20min

    Exactly my friend, take the time needed.

    For some people is 5 days for others 2 weeks…

    Then only goal is not to lower your diet or increase the cardio to “compensate”

    It’s a break, increase a bit your diet, lower the cardio, focus on your sleep, why not doing naps 😂 also you can work on stretching mobility during this time off

    And when you feel better physically and show no signs of fatigue anymore, go back to it.

    But don’t force the weights once back to the gym.

    You may loose a bit of strength, so warm up correctly, dont push the weights you were lifting before, your come back has to be gentle and smart.

    Loosing strength is not mandatory a bad thing after a deload, your 100% will just be a different 100% compared to before

    Hello guyz

    Very busy day today, so we have made food shopping this morning

    Cardio 20min and then i had two posing lessons into my studio and also my massage appointment this morning

    I said busy cause unfortunately this morning I had a biiig trouble of informatic (I keep the details for myself) and I have spent 3 h to solve the problem so I lost a lot of time and did not cleaned the house or nothing… and it added a lot of stress to my already stressed state of mind.

    Luckily everything is solved now and I had a perfect massage 💆🏽‍♀️

    Hello guys

    Same routine this morning

    Also very very busy day for me

    Checkin this morning, 60,1kg so 100gr lost

    I will attach you the pictures

    Then corrections of video of posing a bit before workout

    We decided to do a soft deload until sunday, my muscles are flexing alone and i feel very tired

    We already increased the magnesium so we just gonna keep 3 reserve reps from failure at the gym just to slightly reduce the physical stress

    And we gonna see

    Then posing lesson into my studio

    Then run into my hypnosis appointment

    I felt relaxed but it’s not what I have expected 😂 I want more condidence in myself but for now I just went out of the appointment with the info : don’t think too much Allison 🫣😅 so I will apply it until next week appointment

    Then run into home to work non stop 5h on the posing corrections left to do.

    Then 20min of cardio and it’s already 1am here

    And tomorrow is rest day from the gym but i got two posing lessons into my studio, food shopping to make, cardio to make, washing clothes, clean the house and do the evening massage I have booked two days ago in reaction for the muscles flexing alone maybe i need to rest more.

    From tomorrow i will also try to reduce caffeine, cause hell I think it’s too much for me now at this step of the prep.

    Totally agree with the guys and girls up there.

    Also your routine fits you good, but as a testimonial, these past two weeks I have exactly the same night routine than you, going to bed late, but I wake up earlier than you, and my body is a ball of anxiety, ofc I think the dose you take is too much for you, but also your rythm does not help at all, clearly i feel like a shit lately going to bed that late, usually i was in bed at 0/1am but now is 3am as i prefer to work at night also, but hell you gonna do a burnout this way

    Take care of this, and don’t take a dose too high for you

    Also try to reduce general caffeine intake and cut screens 2h before sleep

    Laser epilation appointment early this morning

    Full day of work on posing lessons online

    Then 20min cardio

    I need to start my posing corrections in advance today cause tomorrow very busy schedule

    Posing lesson in my studio then hypnosis appointment and before i have to go workout and do my cardio

    And i am very very tired today so I gonna rest but I need to correct 12/15 clients videos if I don’t wanna be super exhausted tomorrow

    Hello guyz

    Same routine this am

    Check in this morning so 60,2kg

    800gr more than the last check in with a biig drop of cardio from 50min slow walk everyday to only 20min, the reduction of clen from 60 to 40mcg fasted also

    And a refeed day yesterday at 3200kcals

    Today I have started my new diet (we increased fats and carbs) to stabilize

    I workout glutes and calves

    Weights are not increasing anymore cause i can feel a bit more fatigue at workout and harder recovery so we gonna slower the tempo and increase in reps only

    Coach said perfecrt for the check in so next check on thursday

    Then i went to the physio for my adductor, my knee and my wrists and it feels already so much better.

    Did also my 20min walk lol (this has to be the total per day…) i need to buy this suitcase (attached in picture 😂😂😂)

    Hello guyz

    Same routine this am

    Then posing lesson in my studio at 11am

    Then workout of hams, but one of my adductors is painful so i have booked for tomorrow an appointment with a physio also for checking the knees and tendinitis at my wrists which are painful again

    After workout i did my 20min walk on the treadmeal at the gym

    Then appointment for electrolyse epilation and now I am back home.

    Tomorrow same, but check in for my coach in the morning cause today is refeed day

    And then workout of glutes, cardio, posing lesson at 3pm in my studio and then go to paris for the physio.

    My March schedule will be full of posing lessons in my studio, one or two girls booked per day, and all wednesdays and sundays (rest day from workout) are full of posing online lessons.

    I will not complain hehe but I will put my posing schedule unavailable for all april and two first weeks of may, cause contests are important and teaching posing face to face of online is energy taxing a lot.

    It’s more physical than video corrections as in btw video corrections I can drink coffee, speak with my husband, stay seated.

    I will need soon to chill down, cause moving everywhere can be counter productive on myself, as I dry out too fast if I am just a tad active.

    Hello guyz

    Same fasted routine this morning

    I also received the feedback of my coach, we will reduce the daily cardio from 50min of walk to 20min of walk per day (slow walk equal to steps)

    Also, we will reduce the clen from 60mcg to 40mcg

    Also we will increase the diet

    And also a refeed (same that last time, the 3200kcals refeed) on monday only and we will do a check-in on tuesday morning.

    5mg anavar on lower body workouts (4x per week)

    40mcg clen fasted

    2,5ui GH

    For today I will have full day of posing lessons online and tonight a podcast to record.

    Hello my friend.

    Actually you have to see if this is litterally out of your control or if it is.

    I mean, hunger is a normal feeling when dieting, it’s a primary instinct. But the fact you binge on fast food or processed food it’s not hunger, it’s sweet tongue.

    Litterally if it was hunger, you would have been able to dream of only 20gr rice more or veggies, or an egg or avocado, you see the difference?

    But here this is probably not the deep hunger, as we live in body building.

    Hunger is your body which tells you how to survive : but you do cheat the plan for sexy stuff, which is different.

    I think you should increase your diet weekly step by step first. And allow you one pleasure thing into your diet, as a cookie or a muffin post workout taken into a pastry, just to make sure you don’t bring this sexy food at home.

    Secret of progress is the consistency OVER time, so if you do well for few days then do bad, u basically will end at the same place.

    If you would have cheated on 100gr rice, I would have tell you, c’mon you can chill, you are not a competitor, but here it’s just very bad food causing a lot of inflammation, and also ruining all your efforts of dieting in just few minutes.

    Speak to yourself, food always gonna exists, there is no rush for you to jump on a pizza.

    You can try hypnosis also, it can help.

    Same routine today

    Check-in this morning, 59,4kg fasted so 1,3kg less than 3 days ago.

    We are starting to reach the limite conditionning wise, I will show you the pictures. But my glutes shows some striations when I put my body weight on the floor, so I hope my coach gonna figure this out.

    Today glutes workout, reps increased but hardly increased.

    Now I am gonna do my 50min cardio and answer to the questions box I have made on instagram.

    This morning I shoot the new collection of beach and posing bikini for my sponsor.

    Hello guyz

    Today same routine

    Hams workouts and calves and back to 50min cardio and normal diet plan

    I will attach you again my new diet

    Today was a very full and busy day on the posing correction, I got 45 ladies sending me two videos each so it’s 90 videos to correct per week and unfortunately today I have decided to work all in once, so litterally every free second of my day today has been working on the corrections, so nothing more has been done today, just work and train.

    I have received the feedback of my coach post refeed, he said to me “we are full and as a rock” so it’s good, even if I feel flat, I am still 4 to 6kg up to my 2022 stage weights… so feeling flat is just the sign I am not used to see myself like this since a long time… but I know my flat is full (I honestly don’t know how big I gonna be next to the other bikini with 4/6kg more than I was when I was already too big) 🫣😂

    The point is that I don’t see volume just more density, so we will see in uk how I look next to the other girls and just enjoy the stage and my come back on stage ❤️

    My coach told me we will keep everything equal, cardio, protocol, diet, and new check-in on saturday.
