    Same routine

    Check-in this morning 58,9kg so 100gr less than yesterday

    We cut totally the clenb, it’s useless at this point

    So current protocol

    2,5ui gh fasted 7/7

    5mg anavar (4xper week)

    Thats’ all

    Still no steps no cardio and we will reduce the intensity at the gym for next week also

    We are 6 days out from uk pro show

    Also one small increase in last meal today

    We go for P25 C25 F16

    You got my video check ins on ig

    Now I gonna rest and finish my suitcase later in the day

    59kg so 600gr big drop. Well

    We will reduce clembuterol to 20mcg fasted.

    Actual protocol is :

    2,5 ui GH fasted 7/7days

    5mg anavar (4x per week)

    20mcg clemb

    Still no cardio, no steps, and food same.

    Idk if I can attach the pictures now.

    Shooting this midday and glutes workout this afternoon.

    And tomorrow luggage last review and rest all day, sleep until noooo time omg my dream.

    I would reduce 50% of steps and cardio at the first instance.

    See how your body reacts over two weeks (in one day if you bw increase there is nothing to be alarmed)

    Wait few weeks with 50% cardio less, and from there see if YOUR BF increase.

    BODY WEIGHT is an indicator but not mandatory an indicator of BODY FAT INCREASE.

    You can take body weight for many other reasons, as muscle gains, glycogen etc etc

    Hello guys

    Today huge mobility and stretching routine

    1h30 of full and complete exercises

    Also I took my weight to watch the “no drop” and I have lost 200gr so let’s see tomorrow morning for the check-in.

    Also tomorrow I got a shooting with my bikini and underwears

    In two hours I got a posing lesson in my studio and after I have a deep tissue massage

    I think about doing a sauna after the massage tonight and also I need to do my epilation and wash my hair for tomorrow 😅

    Today full rest otherwise

    Hello David, well you need a deload when your body is sending you some messages. It’s not mandatory when you don’t progress at the gym anymore, cause look at me for example, I was still progressing at the gym and performance was good, really good BUT my body starts to be painful, joints, tendons, very stiff, tendinitis coming back, that’s the sign you need a deload.

    You can deload on many ways, reduce weights and still go to the gym, or take a complete week off.

    My advise is to take a complete week off, focus on mobility and stretching instead of your workout and take this time off to do a complete check in with a physio, also do some bload works to check your hormons and metals/vitamins and book massage, sauna, etc to get yourself relax

    For exemple I should have done a deload 3 weeks ago but I was 4 weeks out from my show and still improving at the gym, but i did not do cause of the show coming soon ; and now lol I go every 2 days to the physio cause I am not far from being injured.

    So we are keeping 3 reserve reps from real failure without decresing the weights at the gym, to avoid putting to much pressure on my nerves, but take the opportunity I did not have, take a week off at the first signs of overtraining.

    Hello everyone

    Tough day today

    Full day of work on posing corrections but it was the last day. i am off now for competing !

    This morning off to the physio again for my jumping glute 😂 the problem is still here, and he unlocked also my belly which is a little bit bloated because of my psoas.

    Then workout of hams but i did really soft as I know I am in overtraining of the rear lower muscles so i just need to be gentle now to avoid any injury

    Then one posing lesson into my studio

    Then one massage appointment to try remove the tensions and also calm the glute spasm but spasms are still here every 5 seconds since 10 days grrr

    And then i finished corrections all the evening

    And now i gonna take a showzr hallelujah

    This morning was my check in

    59,6kg so 100gr more but it’s what we wanted the shape is stable and weight also so everything is fine

    Next check-in on Saturday

    Tomorrow I am off from gym i just have one posing lesson into my studio and then I am officially in holidays, so tomorrow i gonna practice posing for me and focus on my stetchings and mobility of the jumping glutes but also quads and the rest.

    I received the feedback of my coach he is happy so no changes

    I do the same than you Daniel, 2h post wake up, I need to wait going to the toilets first, activate my body, take coffee etc

    When i eat directly upon wake, I am bloated directly for the rest of the day cause my digestive system is a bit slower

    So if it fits you well, keep doing this

    Most important is having proteins each meal and having your meals not too close to each other and not way too far also

    Hello guyz

    Check in this morning : 59,5kg so only 100gr more and still no cardio and food has been increased

    I have posted the pictures on ig today

    Glutes workout and calves today, we keep the reserves reps as we can feel my nervous system too tired.

    Then I had a posing lesson, 1h in my studio and then I took a bath to help to relax the nerves.

    Tomorrow I think about doing a sauna also.

    My right glutes is pulping blood / having spasm since approx 10 days despites the physio and massage and magnesium intake.

    My physio told me that the dry needling with the other physio damaged the muscle and its a kind of fibrose now.

    I have another appointment on thursday morning to try get rid of it with electricity needling.

    Let’s see. It’s not painful, just boring. But it’s the indicator that smg is not good

    Totally agree with Clare here

    If your muscle is sore to the point that you barely can use the same weight doing a good execution or amplitude at the first set of your workout, then it’s the sign smg is not good.

    Maybe more recovery days in between, maybe execution of your last sesh or even bad workout plan for you at the moment (volume, rest, exercises selection, etc)

    You need to invest on what can cause this but certainly don’t train on top of over muscular fatigue, cause you will not progress and you can injury yourself. Better to rest for this muscle and switch to another muscle for that day the time you figure the problem out
