    Depends on the goal

But you need to write down your weights and rep if you wanna track your progresses and practice progressive overload

I was not tracking nothing the 4 first years and i lost a lot of time on my progession : luckily i had a good genetics so i kept improving in shape but we are not all equal and if you wanna evolve u have to track ! It’s like food : approximative feeding will not lead you to the best version of yourself.

If the person is ok just being active/healthy, that’s ok not to track

But if this persons has goals : tracking everything from sleep to water to salt to food to weights is essential

HDL is not that problematic, key is staying off cycle

Love heart – heart care – omega pharma pro will help here niacin flush does nothing imo

Key is the diet and staying off cycle

From new research key needs to be keeping LDL low as that is where risk is associated, HDL up or not.

    Also agree, complete answer 🀌🏽

    Hello guys

Sorry i have been absent since Friday I was competing and I had a very busy schedule with all the check ins for my coach and meal prep organisation etc

So to make you a small recap : thursday I arrived at the hotel and I was super flat so we have made a refeed.

    Then friday refeeding again

And saturday was the show where I placed 7th. Which is actually not good at all cause we all aim for a 1st.

But as this show was not planned, And last minute decision, we decided to try a different look on stage, it worked perfectly but not for this line up, not in Europe.

Feedback of the judges : too thick too full.

They want slimmer and a less massive look and too big glutes.

That was predictable as I was weighting 59kg for the stage and last stages weights of 2022 I was 56kg and already too massive (and dry πŸ˜‚)

Judges also said I needed more details, I was really too full. But not watery and the condition was ok for them.

Just need to size down lower body a little and come back with a thiner skin.

Let’s not forget that European bikini are bot what judges wanna see in Usa, so we will adapt the shape for wasatch warrior, but just a tad, they like the fluffy look in usa.

I am not sad at all, I wasn’t hoping to win honestly. I knew the growth of 2023 would make me wider than I need to be for bikini in europe, so I was not expected much, I was still first call out, and so that’s a good point cause my lines still place me good.

At least I was not over conditioned like I used to be in the past.

Same fasted routine this morning, rest day also.

We have decided to change my workout routine to 3 workouts a week instead of 5.

Also I will do again a bit of cardio 20min everyday, and food went down.

We are less than 2 weeks out.

I am not worried as condition is smg that comes quickly on me.

    Hello guyz

Just woke up so I write you now as I gonna leave home soon (it’s 6.45am)

No cardio, no steps, no check in this am.

Check-in at my arrival in maidenhead.

We never check in the day of departure as meal are ready and the shape changes a lot when I travel (more conditionned) so we will check upon arrival in the hotel.

I take the train from Paris to London and then Uber to my hotel cause I cannot walk even just a bit to avoid any calories expenditure.

So walking from station to station and i.m’ the tub would be a very very bad idea if we wanna maintain the shape stable.

    Hello

    Honestly depends on individuals

Some are quite lean all year round and can do a quick agressive cut as I am, will avoid getting tired on the long run, as tiredness will last less time cause less time in prep

Also it’s easier to manage the shape when the cut takes longer but this approach is better for people with a high body fat level

Also when you do an agressive cut, you can suffer from hunger, at the opposite of longer cut and slower when your body is getting used to is step by step.

I did both and both worked very good for me.

But the more enjoyable one was the slower and longer cut, cause it does not feel like it is a cut if you see what i mean, much refeeds, less cardio etc

Keep us updated Shane, but stop working out quads, at least until you see what you got, cause if you insist can make real damages and irreversible
