Yesterday I did my cardio 40min but we were too tired frim the trip to workout, so instead of doing the rest day today, we did it yesterday and get a massage appointment.
Today we gonna discover the beaches zone of cancun and at the end of the day cardio and workout this time.

Woke up at 4.30am
Uber to Paris ORLY airport at 6am
No workout, no cardio today.
We have the plane at midday for Mexico 🇲🇽 and we have more or less 11 hours of flight.
It’s gonna be a looooong day.

This morning same fasted routine.
And check-in for my coach Teammhd.
Weight dropped 1,1kg in a week, I am at 65,5kg fasted.
My waist in starting to be tiny and it’s good, I am not hungry at all, my free meals are not huge in quantity cause of the lack of appetite, so everything is fine
Today I gonna workout glutes and then cardio 40min.
Tomorrow is the great departure for cancunnnnnn 🔥
So tonight I will have to finish the packing of the meals, but chicken is already cooked for the trip and we added two meals more for the jat lag.
Cannot waiiiit 😍😍🥹

This morning same fasted routine
I weighted myself this am and I am at 65,2kg so weight is dropping like crazy, taking into account that I eat very very good on saturday night with the raclette, do a loooot of cheese, I can guess that without this free meal, weight would have dropped a lot more.
Now I know it’s gonna be easy for me to fit again bikini, cause I become flatter and lighter by the time, which is good for our new goals.
Today I gonna workout hams and calves and after I gonna do my cardio 40min
It’s just a chill day for the rest, I am in holidays🎊

This morning same fasted routine than usual
30min vaccum stretching and mobility
Now i am currently doing my 40min cardio and then I will be off to work on my posing lessons online until tonight
Tonight massageeeeeee, much needed cause my lower back is still painful and my left quad now is very tight.
Today is rest day from the gym, and monday and tuesday gonna be my last workouts days in Franceeeeeeee 🥳
It’s raining all the fckn time and I cannot wait to leave for Mexico on wednesday.
Luggage is ready, now I will just have to pack food for the plane trip and that’s all, it will be done Tuesday evening.
I will change my diet for the trip, as my actual diet contains a lot if variety, I will go back to basics to make the carry on food much easier to prepare : so it will be only chicken rice exceptionally.
Of course, I will respect the macros in my actual diet, but I will probably have to ask to my coach to add 2 meals in because of the jet lag.
We will arrive at 6pm Cancun time but in France it will be 11pm, and obviously I will not go to bed at 6pm so maybe add a meal at 9pm and midnight Cancun time.
My chicken is already frozen with his seasoning, I just have to cook it and cool the rice.
In Cancun, I don’t know if I will find my 5% camembert and my cottage cheese so I gonna try to bring mine, at least for the first day but let’s see if customs let that happen 😂

Yesterday evening I have spent probably 2 hours to prep my supplements for the trip 😂 to avoid adding more weight to my luggage, I have decided to organize my pills in freezer’s bags, it’s always the non funny part of travelling but it will be funny if customs open my suitcase 😂😂😂
Look like a drug dealer of vitamins and powders 😂😂
This afternoon i gonna workout glutes
And then do my cardio 40min
Tonight is my free meal so I gonna eat raclette with my husb and family for my birthday dinner 🎂

Tomorrow I have a free meal so we gonna celebrate my birthday tomorrow night, in family, I decided it would be Raclette ahaha

Calves straight legs at the smith 1x 10 + 1x 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5
This is a totally new technic for workouts, focused on low weights and maximum amplitude and stretching.
Then this afternoon I have made my 40min cardio and now I am packing my stuff for our holidays in 🇲🇽 Cancun

It’s day off from the gym but full day of work on posing classes online ❤️
I got the feedback from my coach, he is very happy of the shape and we gonna keep everything equal diet and cardio.
I have received my new workout from my husband that I will share with you tomorrow cause I need to write it down.
Next check in with my coach will be the 31st morning before my departure to Cancun, he does not want any check in in holidays, he told me to enjoy bit obviouly I will keep the diet and cardio and workout as it is now as I feel balanced in my life inside and out, I wanna keep it.

Today same fasted routine 30min
And check in for my coach
66,5kg fasted, so 800gr less than last week
We’re more or less 4kgs less in 4 weeks of time.
Diet is still the same, cardio is still 40min 6x/week
I am still not hungry
For work: very busy day today, it’s the weekly posing corrections of the videos my clients sent me, so first half corrected this morning and second half I gonna correct now.
This afternoon I workout glutes like all Tuesdays
And after my corrections over, I will have to do my cardio 40min.

Today same fasted routine stretching mobility vaccum for 30min
Workout of hams in 2hours
Then I will have to take a shower and leave for Paris City Center to record a video podcast
Then once back at home i will have to do my 40min cardio and start my weekly corrections on posing videos of my clients to advance my work for tomorrow for the persons who already sent me their check ins.
Instagram is quite problematic since 5 days, stories are barely visible, i think it’s a general bug but it’s grrrrr 🥲🥲
Tomorrw will be exceptionally my checkin day as my coach compete this week end so he will have a look tomorrow instead.
