    Hello guyz

    Today same fasted routine

    I am off from the gym today

    Yesterday night i had my appointment with the brasilian doctor, he analyses all my blood work and he is quite satisfied.

    I lost my periods this cycle and he told me this is normal cause of the protocol 4 weeks ago, he wanna do a micro nutrition cocktail Protocol to help them to come back and also my hair became a bit fragile lately so this vitamins booster gonna help me as he said “until december” to recover everything perfectly before starting a new prep in 2024.

    Today i got an appointment at 3pm and then i got my photoshoot for the new camo collection tbjp as the package arrived just 20min ago

    Then i will do my cardio 40min

    Hello guyz

    Today same fasted routine

    I had a very bad sleep last night and woke up at 5am without any reasons

    So been doing my 40min cardio fasted, clean up the house and did some washing machine, took my breakfast and now I feel having a nap before going to the gym for hams workout.

    Tonight i got my visio call with my brasilian specialized doctor 😇

    I also need soon to start packing my stuff to leave for mexico, cause we leave in 12 days

    And i hate to prepare things last minute

    This morning same fasted routine

    Now rest day from gym but full day of posing classes online

    Tonight i will do my 40min cardio

    Today I have seen myself in the mirror and skin is getting thiner and overall shape leaner 🥹

    I don’t know if I told you but I aim to go back on stage first season of 2024

    Tomorrow evening I got a phone call with a doctor specialized in hormones, health in bodybuilding to make a check up of all my health, he will follow me for a 2 months period of time and check if everything is on point, if we need to improve some things before starting a new contests season.

    I want to make sure everything is optimal regarding this.

    Hello guyz

    Today same fasted routine

    Very busy day today as it was my weekly posing corrections for my clients

    First half of correction this morning like usual, then I went workout with my husband

    I was training glutes today and calves

    Glutes:

    Warm up bands crab walk

    Abductor machine 3×20 banded on knees

    Hipthrust 2×12 + 1x cluster 4x4x4x6

    Kickback 3×8

    Rdl 2×12

    Sumo dl 1×12 + 1x cluster 4x4x4x4

    I lost strength everywhere except on the hipthrust where I added 1 rep more than usual at 200kg

    I am natural since more than a month, and obviously I know that recovery and performance are slightly decreasing because of this, and also because the diet I have now is a deficit diet, I lost 500gr since the check in of saturday.

    But on the other hand, loosing few reps here and there, but keeping weights the same at the gym, this is not a big deal – I could add that my lower back is painful again, so everything together can play in this.

    Once I came back from the gym, I did the second half of my posing corrections, but 3 girls forgot to send their posing check in grrrrr

    This is something that I will never understand. They got a complete week to prepare their videos, but they wait till the last minute to record and then… boom unpredicted thing happen in their lives, and they cannot send it 😂

    In the conditions of subscriptions, I mention that if they don’t send or forget, this will be too late, there will not have corrections for them. I know it can seem rude but :

    Bodybuilding is an organization sport, where a lot of persons are working together for only one person to be on stage.

    This is my way to educate my clients, you don’t have time for your videos, or don’t organize better to record them in advance, and you don’t have a medical excuse or smg, so I will not have time for you, particularly if I did not even receive a small text or dm to apologize.

    On the other side, for my girls who sent me their posing check ins in time, they did AMAZING this week.

    Now I am doing my cardio 40min and then I will chill Netflix and stuff with my husband 🫠

    I went to workout hams and calves

    Tonight appointment for electrolyze epilation, and right after 40min cardio.

    I will start the videos posing corrections tonight for tomorrow as I have received some of my clients’ videos already

    In two weeks we leave for Cancun 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

    2 weeks holidays boom like this 😂🤌🏽🫠

    I did my check in today for my coach teammhd

    Here we are 67,3kg so if I don’t make mistake it’s about 700gr less than last week

    I have a trouble of phone so i cannot share the pictures i don’t know why (cause i take check ins with another camera)

    I will share them asap when I will succeed to understand why the fuck the connexion is impossible to establish 😂

    Technology and me it’s a nightmare

    I am good with it, but nothing never works well with me

    This afternoon i gonna workout upper glutes and do some mobility and stretching too then calves

    After 40min cardio

    And tonight free meal 🥰

    I did my cardio 40min this morning and at 3pm I gonna have one posing lesson in my studio for 1h

    Today is rest day from the gym

    Tonight at 7pm I got a podcast with a french guy, it might last for 1.30h or 2h

    I could work more, but I don’t want. My goal is to keep maximum free time as much as I can (the goal of a life 😂🤌🏽)

    Hello guyz

    This morning same fasted routine

    I started to work on my first half of posing corrections this morning

    My lower back hurt much today so i have decided to do a rest day today and go check my physio at 3pm

    He unlocked my lower back so i feel insanely better now.

    I will correct the second half of my posing videos clients now

    And also as tomorrow i have one cancellation of posing lesson, i will have the time to go to the gym to train glutes, to replace the missed workout from today

    So today i did my rest diet and tomorrow will be high day for glutes training

    We need to do food shopping also today cause fridge is empty af

    And then i will do my 40min cardio

    Hello 👋

    I have several posing clients experiencing this in the past also, mainly because of the sweeteners inside the whey.

    Try to choose the purest whey possible and be careful of the quantity of whey you take a day, this is a nice way to substituate a solid meal, but if consumed in excess, it can mess with your digestion.

    Always prefer solid food to whey, or purest whey possible with very small amount of sweeteners if no choice.

    Would be interesting for you to check how your digestion is after other things that contain sweeteners, my posing girls were in fact all intolerant to sweeteners.
