Same fasted routine this morning for stretching mobility and vaccum
Today is rest day from gym and travel day for my contest Allison Testu Cup, the last regional NPC in France before the Sheru Classis Pro Qualifier on the 30th September in France 🥹
The number of participations is very high, that fills my heart so much 🥹
Today I received my results from my blood work yesterday :
ASAT ALAT came back to normal (so it was clearly the antibiotics post op)
But my Iron has decreased drastically even if I was eating the foods for it, even with my supplementation in iron, vitamin C, zinc, Cooper
I got my periods back since I have stopped the contraceptive pill on 28th February, and this is the 11th cycle I have now, but since 3 cycles, the bleeding are quite important.
When I did my analyses yesterday morning, I had my periods at that time, so 17 of iron has an explanation at the moment ( 20 is the minimum to get the and before my cycle I was at 45, which is very low for a non cycle moment)
This is very common on myself having a deficiency in iron, and manifesting the symptoms of Anemia like dry hair, vertigos.
So I gonna take a medical supp Tardyferon, which is dosed at 80mg of Iron, compared to the iron on the market dosed at 17.
All the others analyses were once again good
Blood Sugar fasted 72
Thyroid fantastic
Reproductive system good enough for my age and lifestyle
Etc
Now I just have to take care of silicum and iron as I do and be patient ❤️
Now I am doing my cardio 40min
And at 5pm we take the road to Lille, France for my contest, I cannot wait.

Today, I do an hormonal blood work + normal blood work again to check my values that were not perfect the last time like iron and asat alat because of antibiotics
Today same fasted routine
And then i will be training quads
This afternoon i got a posing lesson in my studio for the men’s physique athlete of my husband, he needs help to place correctly his shoulders on front pose and his back on back pose
Then i will do my cardio 40min
My luggage is ready for tomorrow’s departure for the Allison Testu Cup in Lille, France.

Today same routine fasted for mobility vaccum stretching
Today full day of posing video correction
I gonna do the first half now
And the second half tonight after my workout of glutes this afternoon
I will have to do also my 40min cardio
And start prepping my luggage for the Allison Testu Cup this weekend (regional npc in france)

i think these were about 1.5-2 weeks out, i mostly stay lean year around and my preps are like 5-6 weeks, this last prep was after an ombilical hernia surgery were i trained 4 weeks and prepped 4 weeks[/quote] thank you for the pictures 🙏 yes I think regarding the pictures at 1,5 weeks out, you were holding still a tiny bit of fat, so the peak week protocol would not be efficient anyway, I think also that too much diuretic are creating actually the opposite, flatten the shape and make you worst than you actually could be with one or two weeks of prep more, but the challenge of coming back post op with a short period of time has been rewarded with yout victory! It wasn’t also the best conditions for you cause of the short period of time to prep, reason why you should take longer time for prep in the future, to be in a cruise control and have enough time to get you fat free and do some trials 3 or 4 weeks prior to the stage.
For the veggies, I would keep a small amount of veggies until 1 day out to help you going to the toilet, cause when you cut it you can easily get bloated, but too puch diuretic can also bloat a lot.
Also, I wouldn’t play much with salt and water in peak week, cause you need both of them to keep your fullness, that’s why being ready in advance is super important.
I think that was just many mistakes from your coach, and a super short deadline you gave him, particularly post op, post op the digestion is really sensitive, cause I do believe you took antibiotics too, so it was just a trouble of mistakes + bad circumstances

yes my digestion was sensible post op, i also decided to keep the peds ongoing thinking it would help with the recovery too (300 test e, 300 mast / week) and i just felt more motivated than ever to also go into prep
so the dehydration would work the same even without diuretic i guess?
and also keeping the salt constant and maybe cut it for a maximum as one day before the show so when i wake up on show day start reintroducing beginning with the first meal?

I had an appointment for acid hyaluronic on dark circles and mouth
It took me 1h drive to go and 1h to come back
Then i workout quads today
Leg extension
Leg press unilateral
Hack squat
Walking lunges
Adductors
Calves
I really enjoy better the leg press unilateral, i can really focus on the difference btw left leg and right leg, and cause there is less weight overal, i can really focus on the perfect recruitment of the quads
My husband decided i will stop the squat, glutes are too strong even with the correct feet position for quads, glutes are always getting engaged too much, well that’s the only muscle I have never stopped workout
No cardio today, no work also

Same fasted routine this morning
I did a check in yesterday morning
70,8kg fasted (see the pictures)
And as my hunger is very very inexistant, my coach decided to reduce the food for some time, to take back my hunger and clean the shape same time, so one step behind for maybe 2 steps front
My husband gonna change the workout and put almost only unilateral work on legs, cause yesterday i took my measurements, and left leg has improved of 5mm in 3 weeks and now the difference btw left and right leg is only 0.5cm and not 1cm or 1,5cm
It wasn’t conventional to train only the left leg on Thursday but it paid off, and it does not have to be conventional to work good, so I will continue putting more volume on the left leg on top of both sides unilateral work

Free meal tonight, but honestly i am not hungry, so I guess my free meal would be lighter so I would be on deficit and that’s not what we want for my free meal planification, i need to be in extra kcals…
I will probably push less clean food for smaller volume to be in surplus
The disappearance of hunger is something hard, I feel sick to eat even if diet remains the same since 21st May
What I wanna eat is Sushis but after 10 pieces I know I fonna full 😂

Hey guys!
Took a big drop in weight today, looked a touch flat to be expected, we will check in again tomorrow morning and assess the look.
Glutes day for me today! A great session, this evening I have been to my friends for a hot tub night which was nice to spend time with them.
I’ve got 2 back to back rest days now which should give the body a nice break and then will return to my normal split next week.

I did not get a trouble equal to yours, but I got a difference btw left leg and right leg, hamstrings + quads, and through more reps, massages, more sets on the weak side, it’s starting getting better, before adding too much weight, focus on the reps, regain your strength and be patient

Hello everyone
This morning same routine fasted
30min mobility stretching and vaccum
Today it’s rest day from the gym
I have few posing videos corrections to do for my clients who asked for extra feedbacks on their posing
But once done, I will only rest today, I feel very tired and nights are weird since 2 days
I start also feeling disgusted about food, eating so much quantities start to be hard
Just confessing this with you, but anyway, my job is to do what is needed, so everything is done, but eating tons is more painful than eating nothing I think 😂
Now I am doing my 40min of Cardio
And starts finishing at the same time the transfer from my old phone to my new phone manually 😂👌
