Hello Damian; would be explanable for anxiety reasons totally.
Just wanted to ask if you see a specialist to work on it ? We almost have seen a therapist at some points, to improve our quality of life as athletes
I think you have to be as your wife; into a state of peace of mind before going to sleep.
I am sure you even think too much while sleeping which is not great.
I would see a therapist, and try to cut the anxiety cause; will it me smartphones, socials, or just detach from work etc and also on top of this I would take dream sleep tbjp to improve your sleep quality

Imo 80mg is already a high dose
Did you felt something different when first starting it ? As some people don’t react much to it.

This morning I see an osteo for my lower back stuck and my jaw, also my psoas and obliques which feel very stiff.
This afternoon one posing lesson into my studio, some video corrections of posing for the late girls from yesterday and upper body workout + 8k steps to do

I would train again even if sore.
As long as lifts are progressing and shape respond. That’s might be just sore from new stimulus, also can be sore from stiffness, so make sure you do add mobility and stretching on rest day, cause chest can get quickly stiff and shortenInstagram : @allisontestu

Hello everyone,
Today check-in fasted : 60,3kg so +1,4kg compared to saturday.
But I am sick and taking antibiotics and right into the middle of “the week” 🥵
Also lower back is stuck; so consequently digestion is off as well as posing.
It’s not always linear and that’s it.
Today full day of posing video corrections, + 2 posing lessons face to face into my studio.
Will be a very long and big day ahead.

Imo that’s not a bad thing
I does not mean recovery isn’t good all the time
Example: for a certain period of time I had to stop upper body workouts (4 years) and when I started again, I felt sore for few weeks/months
Now it’s all good
Sore can be due to intensity + new stimulus
Now you also need to identify your “sore”

In the past, as other said; I had high, medium and low days
High were for weakness muscle/the muscle to grow more trainin day (usually were glutes or quads)
Medium were for other muscles (back, hams)

For me I have 200 kcals difference averagely
And same daily output off or on
And rest day diet has less carbs and more fats than training day

I would add the hip abductor before the hipthrust on friday and I think you could place a reverse frog into the friday session also in this order
Adb
Frog
Hipth
And for upper I would add
Lat pulldown after pull ups
Seated row
And some lateral raises and rear delt before triceps

I have noticed a great and cruising fat loss with low and high days
Keeping for energy and maintening performance on high days (workout day) and digging a tad more on rest days.
It’s up to you, very person dependant.
But my shape stores more water with everyday same diet, as my rest days are 5x less demanding. Increasing cardio/output/steps on rest day for me wouldn’t be optimal either; so I really like low and high imo
