I would just do a slight deficit, get your shape with the body fat you aim approximatively and then manage dieting to keep that body weight.
Also at the gym, you can just do what you are currently doing and maintaining your loads at the gym, except for clear weak muscle part which will need a progressive overload to stay at the level of the other muscles groups

That’s what I did for few years, and the shape was maintaining very well, no PR, just maintain everything

I am just a Bikini girl of 60kg but I eat 12gr salt per day
My body works super fine this way
Heard Nathan is also a huge salt consumer, so theorically 1g per meal but if your body respond better with more, do more

The association of the two things can increase this.
Hgh can already make it by itself, but coupled with low salt, this association made it worst.
Reduce hgh and increase your salt.
Go back to the previous equation which was working well for your body

Or stop gh as recommended, this should stop directly

Finger for a day to day regular check (I do think the most accurate by finger test is blood sugar)
Veins for an accurate result of every values, 100%

Hello mate, go to check a physio asap and make an exam (MRI?)
Could be torn but could be also a tendon/muscle which has ripped on something, as it happened to me on other movement patterns.
It makes a big noise “clac”, instant loss of strength and total relaxation of the muscle. I stopped instantly to train on this movement in particular and checked if other patterns were painful, they were not.
I thought I have torn something but the day after no bruise nothing, just a very very little feeling, and two days after nothing anymore.

Short term : REST, PHYSIO/exams, DON’T STRETCH THE ZONE AT ALL, don’t massage at all, just wait results and check if other exercises are painful or not. If they are not, then there is no problem to do them “with brain and consciousness”
Only physio / exams results will say what to do after

    Hello mate, not me.
I think running can be good on a short period of time but running on long term periods can slow down your progress at the gym, it’s a very taxative discipline which does not help much for muscle growth.
Do you have any question regarding that topic ? ✨
