Might be possible everything is in range and that’s an inflammatory acne.
I have stopped the pill in Feb 2023 and 3 months after, blood flow was huge, I started to have light acne in my back.
Pull just covered the acne I had when I started it at 16yo (now I am 35) and I started the pill when I started roaccutane at 16.
So when I stopped the pill two years ago, everything came back.For the blood flow, I was loosing iron, so I supplemented myself.
For the balance of blood flow; primrose oil is amazing; it helps to regulate everything.
For the pimples; I took DOXY 100 it’s doxycycline; it’s a 3 months treatment that works great on inflammatory acne/hormonal acne.
Next to it I was using fantastic skin care :
The ORDINARY aha bha peeling (red) which is fantastic
And also the DISSOLVUROL gel, which is composed of zinc, silicium and selenium which is non greasy on the skin and just help to hydrate without making it worst.This is my experience regarding acne; so first of all blood work and show us how we can improve her hormonal profile; second time; treatment of the outside to help remove inflammation and heal the skin

I’ve been interested in bodybuilding for about 15 years but it was never really a constant thing with me. I fell out of love with it so many times. I hated public gyms, I got very concerned and aware of how I looked and after a brutal 7 years of abusing alcohol because of my mental health struggles bodybuilding just became an interest and not really a thing I did seriously.
At the tail end of 2024 I was finally diagnosed with multiple mental conditions, EUPD, ASD, OCD and Chronic insomnia. However it felt like a massive weight had been lifted off me, and I can finally understand why my head works the way it does.
So, I got myself a wee set up at home. Plates/bars/rack that kind of stuff, and started to really digest what either Dorian or Jordan had to say about training. I’ve adopted the upper/lower split (it’s really enjoyable) and I’m now writing down the progress from session to session.
I’ve been sick for 3 weeks so progress has been derailed, but feeling much better. Last weekend of rest then hopefully all square to go again on Monday.
I will apply more dedication to the diet aswel. It’s so important I learn to do that.

Diet isn’t just important as well, diet is something litterally huge.
What you eat is what you become, and the way we eat can define a lot of things which can happen to us : deseases, chronic diseases, illness also.
Funny (not so funny) part, I follow a diet since 9 years, and I am barely sick.
Food is a fuel; fuel for health, fuel for digestion, fuel for grow, fuel to live, fuel for energy, fuel for everything.
This has to be your number one priority, contest or not contest (as well as supplementation)

Hello guys
Feedback of my coach yesterday; we keep everything equal and we check again on Monday.
Today was glutes workout
Lifts are still increasing which is amazing
Now I am currently doing my 40min slow walk
And this afternoon I have started my luggage for next weekend as we are going to the wedding of my father who lives very far away.
We gonna stay three days there; as we got 5:30h drive to go and to come back.
I have discussed with my coach to re arrange my training days as I usually train on Saturday (day of the wedding) and we gonna rest that day, and train Thursday and Friday instead, so rest Saturday and Sunday from workout as Sunday we drive back home.
The reason why we re arrange the training days instead of training Saturday morning before the wedding is that I am not allowed to train without at least two meals in and it comes to midday for me, and that’s not possible to shorten my nights either as my shape react worst to this than to a change of schedule.
I will move the Elliptical 30min to Wednesday evening or morning, instead of Thursday.
So Thursday will be upper and Friday glutes.
Tomorrow full day of work on my online posing lessons and I will finish my luggage.

Also had the lymphatic massage yesterday! Which I think helped a lot in the condition I have today.
Mood is awesome, sleep is awesome (I don’t wake up during the night, I don’t pee, I am not hungry)
Everything is super fine.
Today no work and tomorrow also no work, which is great, I have not made that much posing promotions for this coming weeks for face to face posing lessons, as the closest the show date is the less I wanna work.
But the online posing lessons are quite full as well as the posing video corrections, which is full days of work (my wish) 3 days a week from now. A lot of clients but all condensate in only three days to rest and enjoy the 4 other days of the week.
In the past I have been keeping my work charge until 1 week out very often, but I wanna do differently now.
Posing lessons is something which take a lot of physical energy, as I need to show, do with them, walk with them, move around, and I prefer to hold on a bit, and focus on my services that are less physically demanding.
Posing video corrections basically I stay seated behind my screen and not moving so that’s perfect for me atm.
Been some appointments booked in presential posing lesson still; but not much as before.

If you always a positive person, and they still don’t understand cause BB has the bad reputation, probably they will never understand though, or eventually they will. No one knows.
It took me 28 years for my mom to see me, and love me particularly because I became an independent and strong person due to bodybuilding.
All my life I have been insulted, neglected, not loved and criticized; and when she saw me bodybuilding she realized how much discipline and strength of mind it takes to be that consistent for years. And since lately, she finally says that she loves me, and that she is proud, when for 28 years, I was a shit for her.
We cannot choose our family but one thing is sure; getting my own house with my man made a distance btw me and her, and only moments I saw her were much more quality time.
But yes: focus on work and money, cause unfortunately; without this we go nowhere.
Work and money; bring a new house for you, new house bring freedom and peace of mind, and peace of mind and balance make good bodybuilders.
Remember that.
Some days you gonna be tired; alone, bot enough rest, sad potentially, but it takes time to build a comfy situation.
Don’t escape bad moments, they help u to grow.

If I may add another thing : sometimes the tools are different than the ones we thought, when the cut reaches a plateau; and the cardio is very high and the diet very low, it can be a smart approach to rest more, do a refeed and reduce cardio; reducing fatigue is also an amazing tool

Basically I do 20/30min cardio daily in off season, slow walk but for me that’s my cardio type as I am someone loosing weight usually super easy.
If you got inclined walk 30min after 12 weeks of prep, I can say that you are in a good spot.
You got many many tools to keep rocking your cut, as increasing steps here and there, or playing with the diet.
If what you are doing is currently working, no need to wonder what to change.

Hello mate; I do prefer a perfect form with more reps instead of swinging
Basically swinging will ask to other body part to help you, but we want to target the delt
So for me, you need to get confortable with many reps without swinging before increasing the weight and starting at the bottom of your rep ranges.

Hello everyone
Today full day of work on my posing video corrections
Started early this morning, been to the gym to do my 30min elliptical, now been continuing my posing corrections and then 40min walk on my treadmill, then shower and 1h drive to go to my 2h lymphatic draining massage, then 1h more to drive back home, then once back home, I will finish my work on corrections.
Tomorrow is check-in dayyyy, let’s see if the decrease of slow walk daily from 50min to 40min has dropped more weight or did the opposite 😇

Hello mate, refeed or high days are often used to fill up your shape or reduce fatigue for a moment.
When your shape is super flat, refeed can be used.
When you accumulate a lot of fatigue and weight loss is stuck, can also help you (but not everytime) to keep loosing weight.

Hello mate, do you remember how this family pressure started ?
Speaking often with a lot of my community athletes, most of the time when they do have troubles with their family regarding body building; it started because of them without they noticed it.
I don’t know EXACTLY your story; but when the “child” of the house is positive, happy, rigourous, not complaining, and super motivated and full of passion; family always support cause it’s rare when parents don’t want u happy though. It can happen but it’s rare.
When the “child” of the house, at the opposite is tired, sensitive, negative, cheat his diet, just do body building without helping at home and things like this, parents react according to what image they got in front of them in relation to body building. If your family thinks body building is not something serious that’s because maybe they just see the negative sides of it, though you or your actions at home.
I don’t say it’s the case for you; but I have noticed this with my community.Speaking with many athletes; their parents see them cheating the diet, crying, complaining; and who could blame parents not taking this sport seriously when what they see everyday is this.
My parents don’t understand bodybuilding, don’t like bodybuilding, they are full of stereotypes and they never been supportive parents either. BUT, the only side of the sport I show in public; is that this sport is wonderful, I never cheated my diet, I am truly in love with this and passionate and only positive is seen by them. So they support me, they support this sport for the benefits it gave to their daughter.
Now with that being said; how to improve your life situation ?
Work again into a basic work which give you an income to be able to practice Bodybuilding, otherwise your parents will think this sport ruin your life.
Even if the job does not please you; if you were living alone, you would have never quit the job unless you got another source of income.
Take a security job and make sure you put actions on your free time to build something else, which in 5/10 years from now, u will be able to live from.
And for the ambiance at home; make them discover why you love this sport, why you do that, share quality moments with them, but also ask them to share their passion with you, it cannot be unilateral.
Or, find your own home.
This is their home, their rules.
