    Hello mate
    I wouldn’t doubt of my coach if he got results and if you like how you train now, do it.
    When you start doubting of your coach and looking what’s around; that’s when the things become complicated. For you.
    I have done tons of high volume for a long long time, and it’s served the purpose at that time.
    Facts : for a long time I wasn’t able to put enough intensity for a lower range of reps with a correct form, even being an advanced lifter.
    Needed first to bring up the reps or weights to become stronger.
    Now after 9 years of workout I cannot handle anymore high volume, recovery is poor, cause my notion of intensity is very different than before

    Winstrol – stanozolol is not something small.
    I would not give that to a woman not competing.
    Even for a contest female athlete, I wouldn’t advise, and if “no choice” is wouldn’t exceed 2/3 weeks, but that’s the max of the max of the capacities.
    It’s very toxic for the liver
    It’s very virilizing, it plays a lot on the shape of the clitoris, deepening of the voice.
    So no.
    Gh 2ui is a great debut honestly. Not more.
    Clen if you want her a tad leaner in deficit, as it as anticatabolic properties too
    Start with this.
    If she really wants to try more, anavar is the best option. 2,5mg before training on training day (nothing on rest day) and for 6 weeks max
    Bloods work before and after
    Do not exceed the dose and duration; cause anavar can virilize too, but it’s way softer than stanozolol.

    Some people don’t have effects even with same batch, even with high dosage, even not the same benefits.
    I know a girl who raised it to 80mcg per day (not cheating her diet I will cut my hand on this) and she don’t feel nothing, she does not loose even a 0.200gr
    Blood work has been done; her cortisol exploded.
    I think you should ask your client to do a complete blood work, cause something is probably acting as a “wall” to the clen
    Unfortunately I do believe that it does nothing to some people without any reason
    Otherwise everyone would have been using the exact same amount of peds, but that’s not the case.
    Some people are sensitive, some others aren’t
    Some people got very intense sides and some others nothing
    Clen on me is day one shaking, day two shaking, head and hands
    Day three nothing anymore
    If we raise the dose, day one shaking, day two also and third nothing

    Hello mate, I would eat the pre wo instead of the second chicken pasta
    Go straight workout you will be perfect for the 90min training after pre wo meal
    And i would put chicken pasta after your post workout
    I would not change a single meal, i would just being your pré in meal 3 and bring chicken pasta to last meal

    Hello guys!
    Today 40min fasted walk on my treadmill home
    Then full day of posing lessons online
    No workout ofc today
    I gonna start tonight a bit of posing video corrections for tomorrow (tomorrow i got a loooot of work though)
    Then just chill with my husband

    Tomorrow need to do my fasted walk 40min
    Then stairmaster 30min at the gym
    Before and after my video corrections on posing
    And at 5pm I need to take the road for a massage at 1h drive from home for a 2h free massage with a friend
    She gonna create some content also so that’s why it’s free
    And when back home i think I will have more work to finish
    Xxx

    Make sure she eats enough on glutes day !
    Super important, it’s a very demanding muscle
    Very tricky to grow separately from the legs
    If she wants the “glutes shelf”/”glutes détachement from the leg,
    Main focus is glutes
    And if main focus is glutes; she better has to pre activate the glutes in static and dynamic with bands just over the knee (not much knee flexion)
    To really start to feel a connexion with the glutes
    Also all the movements has to get the body weight ALL OVER the sole of the feet, and toes too.
    Post workout of glutes, I also advise her to foam roal the glutes, that’s amazing
    Make her also try single leg hipthrust, it’s mind blowing

    I’d personally be programming glutes first over any quad movement, and I’d be adding more hip thrusts & also more variations of kick backs both glute med and max!

    Hello mate

    When body builders say “green light” it means the values slightly off from being enhanced are “good enough” for it NOT to be risky for them

    When “less demanding categories” say “green light” I hope it means values are in range, but we can never say cause not everyone is sharing everything on socials, reason why this tbjp platform is good, cause peeps here said real facts.

    Important to know :
    – natural athletes have a lot of chances to also be “out of range” on the hormonal, thyroid markers while doing a cut.
    – a lot of markers cannot be read alone; many of them works together, and sometimes one value which is off, isn’t off for real if the other value she worked with is “good”.
    Sorry for my English but I think u got my point.
    – And some values can be a “little off” but they are considered being “off for real” when they are x3 of the range.

    In example. my iron was often off, but it does not mean my blood work isn’t into a green light.
    Some markers will be person dependent, even before BB, and the goal is just to make sure a specialized doctor/coach can read them knowing you are doing this sport.

    I wouldn’t put fats after workout as you want straight your carbs in !
    A tad before workout why not (almond butter or coconut oil seems fine)
    But not post workout meal
    You can put fats breakfast with eggs
    Put fats lunch with olive oil
    At night with salmon avocado or beef
    Last meal with some almond butter dark chocolate or whatever you like to eat
    But send us your pics cause we want to give you the best advices

    Then go to pharmacy to get a zinc vitamin c selenium silicium body cream (amazinnng for scars and hydration)
    Now I am trying to find a wedding invitee dress cause my father 73yo gonna marry for the first time in one month 🥹

    You have only 5/6 direct exercises for glutes in the week
    Other exercises are legs focus
    I would do
    Glutes ! And finish by some hamstring
    Rest
    Upper and leg ext
    Rest
    Glutes ! And finish by some hamstring
    Rest
    Rest
    If weakness / target is glutes,
    U have to start with glutes and I wouldn’t hesite to put twice hipthrust per week
    As well as kickbacks, adductors and rdl in that particular order
