    If everything is good, then everything is good !!

    Just one key point I would add: growth season and off season is the best moment to add variety to the diet
    So I would allow myself a little more funnyness sexyness and more variety
    I would personnally add :
    Potatoes, cheese low fat, different veggies, eggs, bread 🫠
    Avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, brazil nuts
    If digestion allows it.
    What you do is 100% correct though, but I would enjoy that time to have more variation for a microbiote standpoint and mental state point
    It’s all personal preference and digestive topic
    You can keep everything the same 😇

    I would usually say 60min to 90min also
    But that person dependent imo
    I train 40min after pre workout and belly is already empty
    Just got 50cor 35 iso 8ab 5mct oil so that’s super easy to digest
    With cor you shouldn’t have any issue though
    Test different things and settle your conclusions
    Post workout I like to wait also a tad longer
    1h post workout and everything seems fine

    Hello everyone
    Today 40min fasted walk
    Then straight back to work for the posing video corrections (first half this am) now I am doing to start my stairmaster at the gym, 30min
    Then go back home and start the second half of my posing video corrections.
    Full full day today, I like !
    Also a bit of meal prep tonight
    Tomorrow I got to wake up early as we got a visit for the price estimation of the house
    After upper workout and afternoon posing lesson into my studio.
    Ofc no workout today

    First of all WOW for 18yo!!
    I would dig a tad longer just for the under belly/lower back a few days more, don’t aim for a predefined body weight though. I would aim a thiner skin under the belly and lower back, then once done, you can start a slow growth 500g per week is a good gaining average, raising kcals up slowly (200/300kcals per day) to start a reverse.
    But also, that’s my opinion, i wouldn’t be against a growth from your 78kg as you are quite lean already

    Today no fasted cardio/walk lol not cardio but you got it 😂
    Full day of work on my online posing lessons, and now I am doing my 40min walk on treadmill.
    But BAD NEWS for french self-societies…
    Until 77k€ annually, we were exonerated of paying tva.
    From today, new law has been voted.
    They reduced it to 25k€ annually.
    That’s such a sad news that over 25k€ we pay now 20% of TVA(VAT), so basically we will have to increase each service price of 20% for the final client to pay our TVA (VAT) …
    BUT at the opposite, salary of french does not increase! So my customers will have to pay more € for my services if I don’t wanna get robbed by the state; so the final client will be robbed by me because of the state.
    That’s absurd.
    Idk how it is in UK, if someone want to comment my log to tell me how guys doing in uk for the self-boss status… basically in france now only less than 50% of our annual income will be really into our pockets; cause fiscal duties take on top of this, and healthcare take much money, for almost no refund when you need healthcare.
    Idk how the situation will evolve in france, but things are complicated for people who want to create societies.
    Anyway, will look for the options but that’s the subject of today post.
    Today no workout, tomorrow either.
    Tonight I gonna advance my work for tomorrow on the video posing corrections.

    Hello mate, go to watch on YouTube, Jordan has done a video special FB Workout where he gives the template of the full body workout
    He explained everything and it’s easily understand-able, I have been watching it myself and even if as a Bikini athlete I cannot use this template for various reasons, I understood very quickly the fb setting

    If you don’t like cream of rice, oats can be fine but that digest less fast
    Or take mps max and sustain tbjp as Clare said
    But make sure pre bed meal the day before is carb heavy imo
