    Hey Michaela !

    Can you talk about how you manage your volume during your sessions ?

    Especially contest prep vs Off season. I suppose that volume varies way less during Off season when calories are higher, sleep more etc !

    During prep, how low can you go compared to peak Off season to maintain strenght ?

    Are you still performing at two weeks out every show ?

    Hey Cal ! Congrats for all the placings you did recently and will do tomorrow !

    I had a programming question. How would you set up a mens physique type Split with a major emphasis on chest ?

    To do it, I was thinking about that :

    Push – Chest, side delt and arms (4-6 sets each)
    Hams and calves
    Pull – Lat bias, 1 rear delt and 1 side delt + arms (3 sets for rear, 3 for side and 4-6 for arms)
    Off
    Push – Same
    Quads and calves
    Pull – Upper back bias, 1 rear delt, 1 side delt and arms
    Off

    With this I can do to Push chest focus days. And still have a massive emphasis on side delt, arms and back.

    If you can give me your thoughts it will be greatly appreciated ! Thanks !

    Hey Hilly !
    When you write 5×12-15 with last 2 to failure.

    The first 3 sets are pyramiding up to that top weight ?
    Ex : 30kg x12, 35kg x12, 37.5×12, and 40×14, 42.5×12

    Or weight stay the same until fatigue kicks in and put you tout failure on last 2 sets ?
    Ex : 40kg x12-12-12–10-9 ?

    Cycle for those interested

    750mg test

    500EQ

    SD – 30mg pre gym – using an inject version so it doest impact appetite like the oral seems to

    Proviron 50mg daily.

    Gh – not added in yet but will be 4-5iu pre gym

    Insulin on high days as shown above.

    44.8nmol with « 600mg » of sust, can we agree this one was a tad fake ?
    I was on 600 susta, 300 « primo » but I don’t expect this one to be real is the test wasn’t..

    You really gained a ton of muscle for the short period of time during your bulk ! And your arms grew a lot even with really really low volume on them !
    Did you post your diet when you where bulking ? I didn’t find it.
    Did you train with the same program still ?
    Did you keep the same cycle (think it was 250 test 450 primo and mast) and add on top the tren and win ?

    I did keep the same split throughout yes. And cycle was 450 primo and mast and test started at 500 dropped to 250 to clear some estro issues then went up to 250 every 4 days where it still is now. And yes now low dose tren and winny too. [/quote]

    Yes if you can post your bulking diet it will be very cool ! I read all pages since you started with hyacine and didn’t find it. You probably posted it on the old app version with the diet/training/cycle section.

    Impatient to see your new physique on stage ! How are you mentally prepping in dubai vs England ?

    What’s your thoughts on keeping test « low » at 250-300mg/week off season and go higher with primo and mast ? I don’t use any ai.

    If I go above 500mg test/week even with an ai keeping e2 at same level with 250mg I don’t feel the same, acne starts to come etc.

    Generally I keep primo at 400-600, mast at 200-300 max. If needed sometimes 100mg tren for 6-8 weeks at the end of the bulk.

    I tried them, but I just prefer long esthers for oil volume (I’m using primo too).

    And that 200-300/week was to not use any ai during my bulk.

    Do you have some guy’s that can go to 500 without any ai ? Probably using some masteron.

    I have 400 primo, 100 tren with my test.

    I have guys using 500 without any AI.

    But if they go over and want to use any kind of nandrolone they will have to use an AI.

    Try to not count in week,try 125 test e eod for example then increase a little depending how you rract[/quote]
    Okay I’ll start with 125 eod with 150 primo. I never use nandrolone, hate how I feel on it.

    I’ll check my E2 after two weeks to assess. Thanks for the advice !

    Quick question about your split last prep. I think you where running a push pull shoulders/arms legs or something like that.

    Can you explain how this one was set up to match your physique goals ? I need to bring upper body to match lower body, and seeing your shoulders/arms training on YouTube, and some push workout here makes me really curious !

    Hey bud. Yeah I was on that split. It was to prioritise arms and delts for men’s physique and we felt my back was in a good place that it didn’t need as much frequency. Make the push sessions heavily chest focused with delt and triceps top up. Then a delt, bicep and triceps session with predominantly delt and bicep work in. [/quote]
    With a 2 on 1 off ? Yes I’ve seen on YouTube that you weren’t touching directly on the second push (only with triceps dips).

    Congrats with your guy, he was looking really great !
