    Salut Hyacine !

    Hey Hyacine !
I want to do a show next november 7. I’m doing a lot of sports beside bodybuilding 2-3 days/week in the gym I’m working (biking etc). I’m sticking to my diet but it’s pretty hard to maintain my weight during the bulk (already lost 8kg in 8 weeks and I’m still upping the kcals each weeks).
In april I’ll be doing only coaching inside the gym and I want to do my first cycle at this moment.
It will let me 7 full months before the comp. Do you think it’s too short to put on muscle with a caloric surplus before starting the prep ?
The show is wbff london in the fitness model category. Muscle model is the goal in 1-2 years.

First problèm is: you are doing too much and eating not enough.
7 months is good if you use it smart.
I mean not sure what is fitness model or even muscle model as I don’t know the wbff organization and division but I think fitness model is a light men’s physique in boxer so you won’t need a crazy amount of muscle mass.
Make sure your diet is on point and if it’s your first cycle, don’t listen to rumors in the locker room saying you have to use all possible compounds, less is the better.

Yes fitness models are men’s physique with boxer, muscle models are looking like mens muscular in boxer.

Fitness model can be done with a small cycle. I’m looking all jordans video about that.

With the guidance of a coach, do you think it can be detrimental for myself to be on for 7 months ? Bulking, cruising, preping ? Or some time off is needed between the bulk and the prep ?
Lot’s of different toughts on that.

    Hey Hyacine !
Can you talk more in depth about the type of protein you like to use during the day with each meal ? (right when you wake up, during the day far from training, pré workout, post workout etc)
Do you keep fats higher during prep for natural athletes ?
    Thanks !

    Hey,
    Yes of course!
Wake up: I want something that digest fast so egg white or iso whey.
During the day: chicken or lean beef (if digested well).
Prep workout: again something that digest well so same as wake up.
Post workout is egg white or chicken.
I keep fat pretty high at the end of prep, especially for naturals athletes.
But I (almost) never go zero carbs

    Salut Hyacine !
How many weeks do you keep the same training protocol ?

When it’s more interesting to go with a bro split with higher volume ? When recovery capabilities are lower ?

@drdeanstmart How high is to high for bsl ? I’m at 73-74mg/dl fasted in the morning. Sure that i’m not using carbs well, very lethargic with them all the time. At the moment I moved my big post workout meal in some smaller carb meals during the day.
Do you have some tips on how to improve insulin sensitivity ? Thanks a lot !
