i had a QQ : the KLOW BLEND, i have seen on line mixing GHKCU with other peptides ruins it? best to take separately, any truth in this? ive personally had no ISSUE with the KLOW blend from proforma -

I had a question on your prep with Patrick, i noticed you didn’t utilize tren/winstrol for the prep, but more so anavar/halo… what was the thought process behind that? personal preference? or something Patrick advised, -

Hi jordan, with your peptides (specifically mot c) do you notice any skin irritation/redness after using it for some time? noticed this from sub q shots, but i know you do it IM, so not sure if that’s the issue, was never happening before.

Pull today busy busy day with client work, A really solid session today but I have started coming down with a cold. Hopefully just a head cold and I recover quickly as I have 2 shows both days for the next 2 weekends, so long busy days ahead!
Hi nath hope your well? with your SS31 being at 500mcg, is their any reason why thats on the lower side? i have read quite a few people run it at 1mg+ as that is one peptide you see more potential benefits with higher end of dosaging?

In terms of Mito and then Reta , today :
1mg mots
2mg ss31
500mcg 5 amino 1 mq
300mcg slu
100mg nad
10mg meth blueAll on wake, 250mcg reta too
Another 300mcg slu 5 hours later before the session + a couple sprays of a ss31 nasal spray. I mixed 10mg in a nasal spray with 6ml , so each pump gives 160ish mcg , took a couple before the session
I will then take 250mcg reta later.
Those doses don’t feel like it is over cranking at alllll and I feel like I didn’t get tired at all in my session !
Fasted bg was 4.6
12iu gh pre , 100mcg des pre , 100mcg lr3 post
Gear is test at 2:1 , I’m building my way to 4g total I will be there in the next few weeks and then that’s my peak

So the last couple days I pulled back on the Mito stack and Reta again, and say a jump in fullness instantly ! So it’s clear in offseason it’s a balancing act .
I will just say what I’m thinking as I go , I have said a lot it takes a long time to figure out how best to use stuff like this, so I’m at no point suggesting I’m there yet , but it has to fit the goal !
So the offseason goal is max muscle , but also maintain health . Initially I thought we could out eat the stack and ramp the doses and maximise health but it defo can be way overcooked
I lowered it a couple times again and now going to lower again, basically back to my baseline I first went in on them at and the one I liked the most when I dieted , as this way we get all the insulin sensitivity benefits/ lipid / heart / kidney benefits but without the sinkhole energy deficit
So now lowering to the below
1mg mots
1mg ss31
500mcg 5 amino
50mg nad +
500mg L carn ( Pf have one and a nad that doesn’t sting !!)It’s funny how it’s gone from this to pushing higher in a diet and not liking it and then pushing higher in an offseason and also not liking it based solely on the goal of fullness / progress . The energy and focus is high , but the use has to fit the goal
Now it’s there ! That stack could defo be ran for much longer periods at those doses
With your NAD+ i can see thats daily, is this still effective 2-3x per week?
