It’s taken me longer to decide hence why I haven’t posted it.
I’ve decided to run 400 test, 300 deca, 0.5 adex x 1 day for 4-5 weeks
Then possible switch the deca out for tren and add anadrol for the last 5 weeks to finish on a high
Considering I haven’t done much last 2 years I’m expecting a lot from this run
this looks solid bro, with deca, have you ever used NPP or just stuck with the basic deca…
adding switching out the deca for tren and anadrol, whats the view behind that in terms of goal? -
Ed shots feel gd, digestion feels totally acceptable. Next leg session I’m defo excited to be able to do a bit more work on the quad component. I have calcium score test next week, and then all going well , which I am actually confident about as my ldl has always been very very low , we can crack on.
this is awesome, where you you book your calcium score test from? i tried a couple of clinics and they stated they need a doctors referral? this is the place im looking at right now, but they seem to be saying the same thing?

What’s the prop dosage are you hitting that daily now? I’ve always preferred prop myself as you said earlier more so to with own personal experience -
Hey jordan super interesting about carrier oil and digestive issues.. I see in some of your lasts posts you said if primo doesn’t agree with you you’ll opt for nandrolone or eq… is their a reason why you’d favour these at this point over say Masteron ?

Thank you bro. Trying to show the real side of prep. Highs and lows. Carbs are baselines at 200 c. Been doing 2-3 days then feeding. One day weight is up then 1-2 days on im lighter. Seems to be working well at the minute [/quote]

Upon awakening: 200mg coQ10 + 600mg nac + vit D3k2 + 200mxg chromium + astragalus + 400mg curcumin + citrus bergamot 500mg + 2g omega3 + 300mg magnesium biscyglinate+ 70cl water⚠️+ 800mg phosphatydilserine
Prep cardio: + Clen + 1 black coffee
40 minutes cardio liss
Meal 1: 50g iso + 50g cream of rice + cinnamon + 15galmond butter
Meal 2: (pre training meal) 50g iso + ⚠️80g créam of rice + 1g pink salt + 300mg berberine hcl
Intra training: 30g eaa + 1g pink salt
Post training: 50g iso +1g vit C hcl
Meal 3: 200g chicken cooked + 100g cucumber ⚠️+ 1g pink salt
Meal 4:200g chicken cooked + 100g cucumber + 600mg nac
⚠️30 minuyes walk in the streets or where ever you want but liss
Meal 5: 200g white fish cooked + 20g macadamia nuts + 100g cucumber
Before bed: 800mg phosphatydilserine + 300mg magnesium + 600mg Ashwaganfha ksm 66 + resveratrol 1g + 500mg’dandelion root + 400mg

Same here … playing around atm with daily prop shots vs just split into 2 shots , defo feel better and more sex drive on the daily , feels instant slower dont really feel much, never have even if test is high and estro is within range

This sounds solid , will you keep running prop as TRT or switch to a longer ester ?
