Hey brother hope

Your well! Can see the lower test here , is this what you typically run on a prep or usually higher ? From enanthate right?
Hey bro. Yes it’s usually always low on prep. Highest it’s ever been is 300 but it’s usually 150-200
Appreciate the reply brother – is the 150/200 from test E or prop? Or doesn’t matter

11 weeks is more then enough time,
i do think 700mg of test is an overkill tho based on the pics. could get away with a lot less , Imo,

these sessions LOOK brtual mate, how you currently splitting your training up at the moment to handle this volume?
The only sessions volume is higher is push. It’s not as taxing on the CNS so currently recovery is fine.

    I have done 1 higher

Volume leg day and loved it, but again volume evens out really

But we will keep a close eye on this buddy
Sounds good man.
How you splitting your body parts up across the week this split?

i usually train 4 x per week max, or every other day, keep the volume low, keep focussing on your top sets , and do over do it with your overall out put.. zero cardio, some steps, youll drop fast

    Look amazing bro !
Is their a reason why you opt for test prop over the other slower acting tests ?

    Thankyu buddy,

So i used Test E all off season and during my cruise phase, but as we started cycle 14 weeks out we want to reach peak plasma levels in the blood quicker, and upping the Enanthate would have take 2-3 weeks to achieve this and we didn’t have time to wait. So a propionate ester achieve the saturation quicker. Thats is the only reason. If i had started 16-20 weeks out we would have probably opted for Enanthate as we always do.
Really cool reply bro, good way of putting it, love prop myself tbh, feel it more even when dosed the same, you look so good now, going to be fun to see how this progresses

    Hey Callum hope
Your well! Follow all your work and clients work! Amazing stuff as always

I see you opt for test prop with some clients – would the be a reason for this over the usual slow acting test?

Reason why I ask , as for me personally slower acting seems to not work as well in terms of look vs prop even if same dosed

    Thank you

Continue to Kano…. Lots of things I have done in preps wouldn’t make sense on paper or to the smart science guys, but they damn well worked

Always the way and I personally prefer that . Simple basic + what works . Can’t argue with results !

Updated diet below, changes since last time are added 2 lots of yoghurt berries and honey, increased carbs through rice also. This is due to high appetite and weight dropping faster between high days

    Diet

3 whole eggs, 15 whites, 4 slice bread, 1 crumpet, 100g cottage cheese, kale

    Train- 1 sc sustain

Post- 3 sc JP whey, 200g yoghurt, 100g berries 20g honey

280g chicken or Turkey, 350g rice

3 sc Jp whey, 4 sc (80 carbs) cream of rice

    280g Beef , 350g rice

    200g yoghurt, 100g berries, 20g honey

2 sc JP whey, 150g oats, 20g nut butter

Metabolism seems to be on fire right now! How many days do you usually go between high days? I know it’s not set but does it end up being quite similar? For me right now it seems to be every 5 days need a feed up – and I’ve also noticed if my weight goes up a quite a bit I drop more between high days vs if it only goes up a little – I find that interesting

Great back session. High volume, high pace, decent strength, ridiculous fullness and pump from yesterday high day foods. Very happy with it

Appetite is absolutely raging today. I love it. Maybe even feed it with a burger and fries tonight on top of my clean food : D , my body wants it, I’m still getting tighter, so why not

    Back and abs

    Rope crunches 5 x 6-12

    Straight arm pull downs 3 x 8-12

    Face pulls 2 x 8-15

    Wide grip pull downs 3 x 8-12

    T bar row chest supported Panatta 3 x 6-10

One arm row panatta 3 x 8-12 double drop To finish

Neutral grip pull downs 3 x 8-12 double drop

Seated chest support rows 2 x 6-10 double rest pause

    Seated row 4 x 10-15

loving these high volume sessions bro! with your work sets, do you just get straight into them or do build up sets until you cant get the desired reps?
