Heya buddy I’m defo redoing the GH stack now I have a source that is testing everything as for me the visceral fat part is so so key .

The mots c and 5 amino at high doses make a big difference on it too , and once fuel and carbs are there you can push those much higher , yday I did 2mg mots and 1mg 5 amino and felt awesome because of a macro rejig and adding a few more carbs , my plan is get to 4-5mg / day mots at peak push / food with 2-3mg 5 amino , plus the tesamorelin , and then hit the aod hard on the way back down again 🙂

Absolutely epic to be honest. AOD is fantastic too so will be interesting to see your findings/progress with all things being in the mix. the post is very helpful thank you

Hi Jordan, really enjoying this thread, i myself am having great success with the peptide front of things, especially SLU/RETA/MOT-C…
have you utiilsed CJC/Ipamorelin/Tesamorelin in the past? did you find them to be effective/worth while or not worth it…
i thought Tesamorelin was interesting down the fact of its ability to reduce visceral fat.. wondering if you had that experience if you used before?

being a Muslim myself, Ramadan is easy to maintain. i usually use it for fat loss tbh.
so when i go back to eating more regularly , training hard again, especially if peds are involved i grow quicker and respond better…

4 meals — protein / carbs / fats / fruits
intra shake with some carbs
have some coconut water between meals/or some additional electrolytes.
scale training back to every other day, or no more then 2 days on….

can train pre iftah or post… i prefer post , purely due hydration levels… i usually stay up
for example 6pm to 5am, ill just reverse my day around.

remember this month is about deen, and very lucky were a live to see another ramadan.
keep faith, train and focus and you will be fine

Pretty long day today. Sitting here now feeling trashed. I really don’t enjoy non training days. With my first 2 meals being 0 carb meals and only having 5 meals total to eat it does make the day v difficult. 5 meals on a training day is fine as i am in the gym for near on 3 hours so that’s a big part of the day where I’m not thinking of food and I’m busy training. Then I have a pwo shake and that stems me for another hour. But rest days I need to fast until like 12-1pm and then try and eat every 3 hours after. Which is wank lol. It’s also way more difficult to get cardio in and steps as in use rest days to catch up on work so I’m sat down alot which means big efforts to get output done as there’s no indirect steps etc. anyway I’ll stop moaning and go to bed haha. 96.4 today. 0.5 off Thursdays refeed weight which I imagine to be off tomorrow or latest Tuesday. We might make this the last one and allow a bigger drop with longer time between feeds to really seal condition due to potentially jumping into Spain in 4 weeks. I think there’s around 2-3kg to come off so will need to push a bit to get it off. But we will see. Nothing set in stone as of yet.

reading this prep, makes you realise how hard you need to push !

with your 5 meals per day, was your post workout shake just from whey protein or did you add some carbs in that too?

5 days into this rapid fat loss phase and we are already 2kg down which is crazy! I think i said it in a log before this one but the calorie deficit is pretty mental on this tidy up phase but it is doing the trick.

I trained some shoulders today along with abs and cardio. i am killing time this week really as i have had a bit of forced de load due to a few niggles in my back so i’ve not been able to smith machine squat or split squat as heavy nor deadlift. I wanted to give myself a bit more time than necessary as i don’t like messing with back recovery and too much time is always better than too little.

Hey kiera hope your well? just a question are you still running this RFL? you said about your calories being 1900/1500 approx, how did you approach these calories macros wise?

thank you

Ye it’s crazy how little we can do as Bb, like scary !! I made a joke on my insta story how when I was 280 for the first time I thought I was still tough hahaha, was just an immobile mess that couldn’t defend myself to save my life , literally . I’m glad that this log helps 🙂

LOL, so bad bro right? you know what i find crazy , when you start using ur hands (boxing/kick boxing etc) moving around, fixing your stance, your balance and become more flexible, you start to realise ur an actual walking machine with weapons lol, and the beautiful thing is, i remember a quote from mike rashid ‘ the earth is your gym’..now i know what he means, when you start running and doing other things, you can literally take it eveywhere u go and u dont even need a gym…

i know u will become great at this, because your attitude is always striving for the best, and the value of u logging it, the highs , lows, fuck ups etc.. shows a true journey.. proud u bud.

Hahahah thanks mate 🙂 . Ye it’s all in here to read , I really don’t leave much out and share all my thoughts as I go. I reflect a lot on things as I go and explain why I make the shifts I do. When I read them back myself they are like it’s me coming to terms with the transition , in the moment it doesn’t feel that way, it feels just like progress , but I notice there have been instances in the thread where I then make a fairly big step forward in approach so it’s kinda looked like this over the last 2 years

– drugs from 3.5g total to 250mg test only

– had 2 cracks back at trying to get my body bb ready again adding 700mg primo ontop

– accepted my physique was truly shot and I wouldn’t ever win a regional show with midsection blown out , so settled on 200mg test And started bjj

– went to 2 meals as my digestion was so hammered that fasting felt SO much better.

– lowered test again to 125mg and got on a legit trt set up

– lowered bb volume and did more cardio

– muscle still not coming off enough so stopped bb training and did CrossFit for 3 months , this helped drop muscle off a lot

– goal was increase baseline aerobic capacity to fit in more sessions a week , so then stopped cross fit , did bb again and longer duration cardio – this was great now being a lot smaller

– went from 1 private class and 2 group classes to 3 privates , as they were much much harder but also learnt way faster

– added 1 extra evening class

– added another extra evening class

– This coming week will add another

– scaled bb training back again as another relflection saw the need for more muscle off again so now our weights sessions in the gym are

30 mins weights, 45- 1 hour bjj then 20-30 mins steady cardio to finish

This now means a huge amount of bjj time a week.

Mon am Chris and pm class

Tuesday bjj at CoJo

Wed am Chris pm class

Thursday bjj at CoJo

Friday bjj am kickboxing pm

Saturday bjj CoJo – extra long session

Sunday – proper fuck all

It took me from starting to now, to get fit enough to do this, mentally in a spot that I have been able to WANT to step away from more bb , not just force myself to , because now I am all in to get gd gd at this new thing . Obv for now I still suck , but in 3/4 years time, I know where I will be with it 🙂 , I want to be going to world champs , and people I’m competing against thinking , fuck , I have Jp in my class . I will do whatever the fuck I have to do to make that happen .

I appreciate you taking your time out to write all of this – the thread interests me a lot as I’m going through the same transition myself – but more MMA –
Did the bodybuilding thing since 17 : worked with the best coaches in the industry, won some shows but tbh

Competing when I look at it from a realistic standpoint – what you take and do for a trophy doesn’t appeal to me anymore – and I think a lot of us have this moment when we want change.

When I got into the mma stuff I realised with all the years of training / dieting and even gear – I never got the most out of my body .

Throwing some punches , skipping , grappling etc – can’t even do it – so even though we look amazing – that’s about as far as it goes .

Seeing you go from one total extreme to another – allows people who are wanting the change to actually make it and understand what goes on mentally .

So thank you for this reply –

my fav thread on this site.
wanted to ask , having 2 meals a day, is their a reason why you choose to do that vs spreading your macros across more meals, or is it more so just convenience?

Read pages 73 & 74 of your ‘fav thread’
I read it but I just missed it – jordan has summarised it beautiful below 🙂

Interesting topic – I’ve seen a lot of people now days actually have a set salt intake – usually 10-12g… regardless .

@Jordan_peters do you think that’s a silly way of doing it and the best way is just do as you said (feel/response). Maybe people keep it set as it helps with peak week not sure

Thanks. So basically keep it simple.

Thanks. So basically keep it simple.

test dosages as above… and before any sex, a few puffs of a joint or some thc, i find this allows me to go for ages, and it feels better too 🙂

Cialis too? I’ve heard good things.
cialias makes me feel sick, horrible heart burn, etc.. even the 5mg pharma ones.
to manage the cialias side effects, due its half life of 36hrs, i usually take before bed, which seems to give minimal side effects, if i take it during the day i just feel shit all day
