    Do you use any digestive aids?
    Mornings I have a greens, lemon juice and aloe shake – supposed to be apple cider vinegar too but I hate that stuff…
    Pre and Pro biotics every day.

    I’ve also just recently started using AD – Ravenous before meals. Finding it helps πŸ™‚

    I’m planning on doing exactly this this weekend. Spoke to coach, told him I need the weekend off, seeing an old friend who I’ve not seen for about a year, BBQ, Beer Festival etc.
    Won’t be mad but I’ve already got a plan for Monday to get back on track and smashing it. Plan on using any extra calories etc to absolutely destroy my workouts next week! …. so long as I keep the alcohol reasonable… he says with a bottle of Gentleman Jack arriving any moment πŸ˜‰

    No it wouldn’t providing you are sensible with your use. Before bed is the best time to use it, avoids unwanted binges.
    Have you tried CBD oil instead? All the benefits without getting high etc

    You need to address the underlying causes of your anxiety and stress also rather than just try and control symptoms.

    Lifting wraps or straps?
    I picked up both from Amazon, fairly cheap. I then picked up some really good wrist wraps from Strength Shop but they’re a little too much for my needs at the moment I think! haha

    Learn to put them on properly by the way πŸ™‚ Too many people just stick em around their wrists with no idea, wrong position etc.
