I’m not really understanding the question?

Looks like you’ve got yourself all set up well enough.

Not sure why you take a week to 10 days off every month though? Is that necessary? Do your rest days in the week not allow you to recover enough?

A quick Google has your answer 🙂

Depends what you get on with, what you’re lifting and how bad your problems are. I have dodgy knees, patella floats about and not particularly stable, use Strength Shop dual ply knee sleeves to great effect. Won’t train legs without them now if I’m pressing or squatting.

I use MFP and either scan the barcodes or use the ones with the green tick next to it which are confirmed correct values.

Cheers for the answer, that makes far more sense! haha

Ah ok, yeah I’m thinking I may have to either, drop the weight and increase the volume and frequency on them to try and de-sensitise my back some how, or leave them out entirely. It’s calmed down a bit today but still giving me shit!
Really love your workouts, think I’ll give the back one a go over the long weekend 🙂

You could source your meat ethically rather than cut it out entirely?
If not the same principles apply without meat, get your protein in and increase calories to grow.

    Eggs
    Tofu
    Soy
    Tempeh
    Quinoa
    Chickpeas and Legumes
    Nuts and nut butters
    Seeds
    Beans

More likely loads of others but off the top of my head it’s a start 🙂

Sure, James Hollingshead posted a video recently about taking time out. He did just this over his birthday and went on holiday to Norway. Have a watch 🙂

Hey Sas, what are “half doubt sets” please?

Do you do deadlifts much any more? If I recall you’re not a fan due to various injuries? I hit some last night for first time in a while and my god my back knows about it today… enough that I don’t want to do them again. Didn’t even go heavy but damn….

BiotechUSA iso Whey Zero. Just coming to the end of my first tub, love the stuff, definitely re-ordering and just seen that it’s on Dolphin Fitness too which is handy. £44.

Max, stop spamming the athlete’s logs with the same question. Ask that in the forum, they answer on there too and a lot of helpful guys on there.

Luke, how you feeling post Australia? How long until Indy Pro now??
