    They do brosplits because they’re fine tuning. They’ve already built the muscle. This has been covered extensively by JP in his videos 🙂

    What happens when you’re training on your own?…
    Forced reps aren’t necessary. Hit muscular failure and then rest pause or drop set, also partial reps.

    How do you know if no one would watch or listen if you don’t do it?
    If your content is interesting and delivered in an engaging manner people will watch it for sure.

    I’m with Mort on this one. My attention span is too short for your lengthy in-depth posts. Would much prefer this kind of information in an engaging podcast or video format.

    Very frustrating.

    Nah I’m natural mate, curious but never tried anything yet. Debating first Test-E only cycle when I’m back to full strength in a few months time. Will see. Despite the wealth of information on here I’m still not sure what I’m doing etc.

    Agree with you, I’m also a believer in rehabbing actively while training. I don’t want to leave it entirely and not train so started exactly as you say, keep the blood flowing, light and controlled.

    I actually discussed BPC-157 with my surgeon and he is clearly in the against category. Said there was no need for me, young enough (32) and fit and healthy before surgery so will recover will. I’m just a bit impatient.

    Be interested to hear how you progress once you start your healing protocol.

    Depends on your goals really? Jordan is a big advocate of utilising a specific rep range, progressively overload and getting strong as fuck. You only have to look at one training video of his to see it’s clearly worked.

    I feel your pain mate. I’m 8 weeks post shoulder surgery. First month was pretty much staying in doing fuck all. In a sling, couldn’t drive. Got to the gym 2 or 3 times in the first month when someone could come and pick me up just to hit legs. Frustrating!
    Getting back in to it now though but no pressing/upper body really. Last 2 sessions I’ve done some extremely light machine press and flyes for 3 x 20reps on each just to get it all moving again and some blood flowing!

    Got to keep telling myself the same thing as you’re doing now, take it sloooww. Did some deads myself last night, 120 x 10 was all I worked up to, slow and controlled, shoulder was a *little* iffy afterwards but did ok. Some lad in the gym starts having a go at me about it and should look after myself and blah blah aye.. when you get your medical doctorate you let me know pal. I can feel what’s right and wrong in my body cheers and I’m hardly lifting world records here. lol
