    As said: test is test… the only difference is the weight of the esther itself but for enanthat vs cypionate theres almost no difference

    My last cycle was 200mg test and 700mg deca… best cycle i ran ever. No sides, best gains with good amount food, no AI.

    I do also have problems with higher doses of test. Now i run test always on cruise dose of 200mg/week and use nandrolone as my main compound (last cycle before lockdown was 700mg deca). No side effects, best progress eber and no AI. Just find what works best for you.

    Benni it was 875 + 500, so about 1375. 400mg eod is 1400mg per week.

    My bad, sorry. Display of my phone is fucked, so it looked like 375mg not 875mg haha… think i would start then with around 1g total per week i think. You can always push the dose later.

    375mg + 500mg = 875mg total
    400mg e2d are about 1600mg total per week…

    I would start with about 800mg deca per eeek

    masteron and proviron dont aromatise. why dont you just go higher with the npp? i’m at 200mg test/week and 700mg deca/week and dont need any ai.

    Hey Stefan,
    now that is official that you work together with Tim (this is gonna be fckng awesome!), can you give a look inside about how you work with Tim in case of nutrition, training and maybe gear (well i guess “stefan basic” with test/npp/primo?) ? I saw all Repone Videos and your Interview with Tim on his Youtube Channel so far and i’m really interested how you setup his nutrition and his training now. or is he doing most of this still on his own?

    Wie hälst du es mit Gemüse im Ernährungsplan deiner Athleten in der offseason? gibts eine mindestmenge die du drinn läst über den tag verteilt oder wie gehst du da vor bzw was ist da dein genereller ansatz?

    i only use deca (never npp) and see no extra water retention… ansolutely agree with jp that it doesn matter which esther u have

    No extra water retention to what? test only? In what intervals do you inject it? I was thinking of avoiding the high spikes by going e2d.

    Very interesting! I am aiming at going roughly the same route: keeping test as a base at 150-200 mg/week and having nandrolone at higher levels. What is your experience so far? What did you use previously? How is low test high deca  compared to, say, test only? Thank you very much for your input

    Less water retention, less sides like high blood pressure etc. Feel very good right now

    Hast du sowas auch für die Aufbauphase/Offseason ?
    Du hast auch von Fabians Protokoll geschrieben, kannst du auch erzählen oder ihn fragen ob du erläutern kannst wie er am Anfang des threads zu den 116KG gekommen ist ?

    Ich bin immer ganz simpel unterwegs je nach muskelmasse

    250-750 testo die woche

    Dazu

    200-600 entweder npp, bolde oder primo

    Das wars bei mir in der regel.

    Bei fabi reicht 500 testo und 300 primo in der off season um die arnolds zu gewinnen

    Danke Stefan das du immer wieder aufzeigst das es keine verrückten Dosierungen von 2-3g brauch mit zig komponenten wie viele glauben, das es auf weit mehr ankommt als die menge der drogen und das man aus sehr wenig sehr viel rausholen kann!! Vielen dank!!

    So for those that have been following you may be wondering why I haven’t been driving my weight down and down like a typical prep and it’s been very much a case of 2 steps forward 1 step back with the main aim of staying above 300lb.
    This is mainly to preserve muscle tissue and ensure training intensity and output remains as high as possible.
    The spin off from this is a much bigger and fuller me with a potential stage weight of 300lb.
    This approach is great BUT the key is time. Obviously it takes longer so you’d need a 25 week prep easy to do it well. The aim is to have dropped off around 25lb from full off season weight but be 15lb up from the 285 stage weight in late 18.

    great information jamie! so its not a typical prep, its more like a looonger body recomp (drop fat over a long time and try to grow and keep as much muscles as possible)? is that a way to describe it?
