Rest day today after a good weekend of training.
Just sorted meal prep for tomorrow and now getting my last meal cooked.
Push session in the evening tomorrow

I’m a note pad and pen character as well.
My mum used to be a teacher so I have years and years worth of old primary school books, but now just use a generic log book.

Really good session today, but wow was it warm!
Rest day tomorrow which is well needed.
Food is all prepped for tomorrow. One more meal left this evening and then time to sleep
Not a straightforward week with work and travel, so an extra forced rest day in the week, but my sessions are lined up so I’ll get them got!

Hi Tobi,
Start by looking through the videos in the education section, and more recently on Jordan’s YouTube
Once you’ve done that, you’ll have a good idea of structure, and you can have a go at building your sessions based on the pieces you have in the gym you use.
Share the sessions with us for critique.
You’ll learn more doing things tht way than just relying on people to do the sessions for you
Look forward to seeing what you put together

Good session boxed off today.
Had a busy day beforehand , but got lots done.
Just sitting down with an evening meal, then one feed left before bed
In work for a few hours tomorrow, then training straight after 💪🏻

Hi mate
Where are you in terms of goals/body comp? What have you done so far?
-
Pull session done today!
It’s been another long week, and lots of commitments over the weekend which means not much opportunity for rest. Next week will be a lot of travelling and work so will factor as a deload before getting back after it
Legs again tomorrow which will test my knees, but I’m looking forward to the session
Just polished off my steak, now it’s bed for a long and much needed sleep

Hi mate
All looks pretty sensible to me, how has it started off? Any immediate observations worth sharing with the group for feedback?
-
Another really good leg session this evening, very happy now with these sessions and scope to progress
All food prep and supps are sorted for tomorrow’s pull session
Just had my last meal and now time to sleep

Hi mate
It seems a little unnecessarily complicated to me, that’s not to say it’s wrong of course, I’m just not sure of the need.
I’d just go upper, lower, off, push, pull, legs, off. if this is the type of set up you’re looking for.

Rest day today
Just getting on with my last meal, tomorrow’s food prep is done, leg session in the evening
I didn’t sleep well last night, which is rare for me, so looking forward to sleeping tonight

As the team have said, removal seems a bit extreme.
I’d first at least be looking at total lower back loading, and shedding some, not all, but only if entirely necessary
-
Hi mate, sorry, is that 4 different sessions?
Personally I don’t think there’s many people tht will get best results out of a single set, especially if that is representing four sessions, so each session has four movements.
You might be different, you might get the most out of that, but that looks pretty low volume to me unless you’re an absolute freak
That said, if it can be a start point to grow volume from, go for it.
