Sonny Webster also has a platform based on an app called “mobility manual”.

Arms done this evening, super late session because of work needs, but it meant the gym was quiet, and I can sleep a little longer in the morning so it was all good.
Just had my last meal and now getting my head down.
Rest day tomorrow, then back on Sunday

Success! Thts awesome mate. Makes such a big difference to your workouts

Delts and chest. Very happy with this evening’s session, shoulders really doing as they are told at the moment, but trying to resist thinking that means I can just dive in full bore.
Sorted food prep for tomorrow, it’s going to be a late gym session after entertaining in the evening, but there’s work to be done, and I will rest on Saturday
Just sinking last meal and getting myself to sleep
-
I take mine about 2hrs after my preworkout meal, and just before I’m going onto the gym floor, I then get through my carbs in the first 2/3 of the session

Legs today!
Absolutely loved it, knees weren’t the limiting factor which was the best feeling!
Shifted the moment arm on GHR and wow did it bite the hams. I’ll be staying there a while to build those reps up but really pleased with the movement
All meals and food prep done. Sleeping now with push tomorrow evening

Hi Tobi, I like a wide leg press as a good compound tht places focus on the adductors

Rest day today, and now ready for bed
Feels like every day is a long day at the moment, but I like to work hard, so it sits well.
I’ve sorted food prep and had my last meal for tonight
Sleep now before legs tomorrow 💪🏻💪🏻

Hi Tom,
It’s not uncommon in strength sports for the same muscle groups to be trained on consecutive days, but these programmes will see a huge regulation across volume and intensity.
Of course, you’re right, trying it will be the way to find out, but I very much question if you are working your sets all the way, that this will be sustainable for any length of time.
I imagine upper/lower will be a better option with this pattern, but it’s obviously not for me to tell you what to do

@bigbenchriche just to update, got them but have sent them back, the music is pretty loud at the gym I train at and when I tried them at home I could still hear the tv so they won’t be any good for the gym. I’m gonna go for some over ear ones and get some sweat covers
Get some with a noise cancelling function mate, that should do the job for you
I wear sweat covers on mine, easy to get and easy to wash. They’ve protected mine perfectly

Back session done
Really good session, everything up apart from barbell rows, which is a significant annoyance
Two meals left now this evening, work done , bit of down time before a full on week ensues
Meal prep sorted, arms tomorrow and then resting on Tuesday
-
I wouldn’t preempt anything either your performance mate, you’re making a decision before you’ve had chance to do anything
As always, log your sessions, but caveat the whole period as an atypical set up.
-
Really good shoulder and chest session this afternoon.
Everything felt really comfortable and movements crept up in weight across the board
Just sitting down for some relax, one meal left, then sleep before big back tomorrow
-
Sas has given you the logic mate, but as Hilly says, if you post some pictures it will be a helpful reference for you going forward of where parameters should lie
-
Rested today after legs yesterday and will be in tomorrow for chest and delt work
I’ve got one meal left this evening, then a good sleep ahead of what will be a busy day tomorrow
