Got them on Amazon for £99 when they had them on offer. Only got them this weekend so will try out next week.
How did they go mate? You happy with them?

Leg day and I really really enjoyed that!
It was a long and late one though, so only just getting to food prep for tomorrow
I’ve then got one more meal before sleep.
Tomorrow is a rest day, then straight into it over the weekend.

Another rest day, and I was glad of it. The 4days on the bounce hit me.
Legs tomorrow which I’m looking forward to. Bigger session tomorrow and some numbers to get on top of.
Meal prep sorted for tomorrow, last meal to eat this evening and then bed

Big Jay!
Looks like training is flying mate, how’s the diet coming along? Are you happy with the set up?

This has been well answered now mate, but just to add another voice echoing the same message – absolutely useful in either phase. If you use an intra, this is the product!

Rest day today, but no pancakes!
Another long day, just now on with tomorrow’s food prep and I’ll be getting my last meal ready for sleep.
Rest day again tomorrow, then a big leg session on Thursday

Obviously with a split like this you will need to give it a significant run of time, so be patient with it and give it a fair chance
I plan to stay on this for 6-7 months and then only make minor adjustments based on what i want to prioritise a but more.[/quote]
How’s this going mate? Any tweaks or are you happy with the set up? -
Trained arms this evening, that’s 4 days on the bounce and I’m whacked
2 days off now and ready for it
Just on with food prep, then getting my last meal and straight to bed
Note to self – avoid gyms on a Monday evening where possible 🙄

Really pleased with today’s session.
Just a slight shift in approach that brought a bit of “edge” back which I’ve missed.
As a result, bullied the bar rather than being too respectful of it – felt like the old days.
Just sorted food prep, one feed left tonight, but a bit of quiet time now before that.

I agree with pretty much all that’s been said in various parts
Don’t add them if you are not currently recovering well.
Add them steadily if you are, but after you have assessed whether an increase via straight sets or an additional movement would be more advantageous
They should be the first thing to go if you are having a crap session or feeling “off”
I personally like consistency and measurables, so would keep the same ones and try to progress them.

High rep on the push work today and pleased with how my shoulders behaved
Can’t say I’m convinced they will allow any loading, but at least I’m getting some work done
Prepped a load of meat, just had my penultimate meal, one left before bed and then a good sleep before loaded work tomorrow

Hi mate
Agree with Jord here, just be mindful that you give it long enough to actually find out. Don’t rush and immediately assume it’s not enough because you don’t look like Jord after two rotations.

Leg dayyyyyyyy dusted
Really enjoyed that session this evening.
I’m just cooking and then it’s time for a good sleep.
Looking forward to some higher rep pressing in tomorrow’s session , let’s see if my shoulders let me go at it

Hi mate
I really like this, and agree with Jord. Use the load progression over the weeks as the moving stimulus. Progress will tell you how this is matching recovery.

It’s been a lot of late nights this week, which isn’t ideal, but another session ticked off
Just back in and sorting food prep for work tomorrow, then last meal and sleep
Pulling weight down a few kilos now, I’ve held my peak weight for a few weeks and it’s time to ease that a little.
