Ended up resting today, totally shot and would not have been a good decision to train

Just sorted tomorrow’s meals, and now getting my last feed before an early sleep.

Sounds a good way to approach it mate,
Provided you can maintain progresssion, so don’t be too tempted to rush – take your time!

    Upper session this evening.

Another late one, but it was decent and it got done.

Shoulders were being a bit silly by tge end, but have settled quickly

    Back in with lower tomorrow

If you like it, and you feel it works for your objectives, run with it.

Obviously with a split like this you will need to give it a significant run of time, so be patient with it and give it a fair chance

Following the journey mate!! Any plans for rest day?

    Hi mate

It was just a long one at work today.

I’m just back and on with food prep. Looking forward to getting in and doing an upper session tomorrow, but one meal left tonight and a sleep before that.

Agree with Jord mate, rest pause sets on the weak leg to catch up with the strong leg !

Well that ended up being a lot later than I’d intended , but a really good lower session with my knees playing ball.

That’s the end of that push, I’ll still be working hard on performance progress, but need to let my BW fall a little now

Rest day tomorrow, just on with meal prep and then it’s back to upper on Tuesday

    Hi mate

Talk us through this. What has led to you blending the two things together , and how are you finding it?

How long have you been running it? Are you progressing well? Is it addressing specific areas you are looking to develop?

Upper session today, which went really well, although the gym was heaving so I had to make a couple of changes to movement sequence

One more meal left tonight, then sleep

Relatively busy day tomorrow which is frustrating, but looking forward to getting in the gym for some leg training

    Hi mate

I always find these questions a bit odd as it’s really hard to advise better than you can on what you are likely to like

Genuinely all of the flavours are tasty (to me), and any of the flavour combinations you would imagine work, almost certainly will.

Agree with Clare mate, maybe with the addition of some coconut water

Late session tonight, but really enjoyed it.

There’s nothing complicated at the moment, but I’m enjoying creeping the basics back up

I’ve got my last meal left tonight, then an upper session tomorrow

I think you need to go and watch the educational videos and get a good grounding on how to build a PPL split, then bring it to the group for review and comment 💪🏻
