Hi mate
Please please look at Vital Support and Live Heart by tbjp nutrition
-
Bit of pull and legs today to get caught up, resting tomorrow before picking up the upper/lower sessions over the weekend
Sorted food prep for tomorrow, just got my last meal in the oven, then it’s sleep time

After using Pumpage and prepare pro respectively a few times I made the following subjective observations:
1) for me prepare pro gives a really powerful and pleasant stim (2 scoops), it really feels like a performance product
2) Pumpage improves the quality of the training and is great for mind muscle connection, pump, etc. but feels like a health supporting product with performance benefits
Updated conclusion: will use prepare pro when I can take it at 9 AM or earlier, otherwise I use Pumpage without stim.
Push
Max legal PL grip Bench worked up to 6 * 100 kg at RpE 9,5
Back Supported dumbbell shoulder presses 10 * 29,5 kg, 11 * 27,2 kg, RPE 10
Decline dumbbell presses 9 * 38,5 kg, 8 * 36,3 kg, RPE 10. Tanked on second set, should have one minute more rest on this one
Monster mini band pec flies unilateral, 2 * 20 RPE 9,5 on second set
Lying side delt raises 11* 9 kg, 18 * 6,8 kg, RPE 9,5 and fail respectively
Triceps press downs cable, 13 * 30 kg, 17 * 27,5 kg, fail
Wenning plank 4 * 20, RPE 9 on last set
Standing triceps extension 50+30+20 mini band for prehab/rehab purpose
Had to move fast in this workout today. Prepare pro helped.
Hi mate
Have you considered blending Prepare Pro and Pumpage? See if that gives you the perfect blend.

Push session done after the extra day rest yesterday
Very happy, felt a good step forward in strength, so happy with that.
Shoulders very much behaving at the moment as well
Just finishing food prep for tomorrow and will then get my last meal on

Hi mate
Late to the party but supportive of the advice above. I routinely use CoR as a shake with no issue at all, it’s very easy to consume , great option

Well I had intended to train push today but this cold has kicked the sh out of me so I’ve left it and opted to rest
I’ve sorted my food for tomorrow, just getting my last meal and then sleeping – I’m not a good ill person
-
Rested up today, just back from work and on with my food prep for tomorrow
One more meal left tonight, then sleep.
I’ve got a bit of a cough, which is highly annoying, but hopefully on its way out
Push session scheduled for tomorrow 🙌🏻

Share your split and some pics mate, let’s see how you can keep priority on overall physique development, with a way of satisfying stimulus for your arms

I understand you have an intention to up calories by 200-300/wk, but that needs to be reactive to what your body is doing (as Hilly says, from a performance perspective, on the scale, and in the mirror)
Have a plan, but don’t doggedly stick to it if the feedback is suggesting you should be making a shift.

Lower session done. I modified it a bit having trained legs on Friday due to having to shift things around a bit due to work schedule
Rest day tomorrow, then normal order resumed on Tuesday
Already got my food prep sorted for tomorrow, so just today’s meals to eat
-
Good upper session today. Enjoyed the blowout, it’s been a tough week, but the gym is that space for me
Three of these upper sessions done now, and numbers are creeping up
One meal left and then a big sleep before lower tomorrow
-
What’s the update here mate? What did you go with and how are you getting on?
-
Good leg session tonight, and rocked the new tbjp tie dye oversized tee
Been a good but very taxing couple of days away with work, but was very ready to train!
Now getting my last meal cooked and then it’s sleep time
Upper session tomorrow 💪🏻💪🏻

Mate, I drink them. I mix the shake when I take the PWO, and put it in the fridge until after initial warm ups when I drink it. By then they are half dissolved.
Have you thought about trying a vitago or cluster dextrin product? I’m not doing a sales pitch here, just strikes me that to get a significant carb intake, one of these products would digest better.
What quantity of carbohydrate are you getting in here?

Rest day today guys, legs tomorrow, which will be slightly abbreviated as I have my lower session on Sunday, but had to move sessions around this week because of work commitments
Out now with work and about to go for a meal, then a good sleep before legs tomorrow evening
