I think Clare has touched on the key point here, intensity and ability to work a set all the way is key.
It might be that you have already mastered that, or it might be that it helps you master that.
Louis is also right to note that you should expect to be in for a decent block to really understand what you’re getting from it
Which set up do you lean towards most?

Pull session, mixed bag.
I thought I’d put the session together well, but running through it, it’s not what I want it to be
Tweaks for next time out, I’m confident I know where it’s going to land now
Just on with food prep and last meal. One thing’s for sure, I’m not getting enough sleep!
Legs tomorrow, then rest on Friday

How did we get on here mate? Have you seen a sports physio and gained a diagnosis? Have you been able to train? What’s the update and how can we help?
-
Hi mate,
How has this worked out for you? How are you finding it?
-
Good push session this evening after yesterdays rest day.
Ended up being a later session than planned which I had hoped would mean the gym was quieter – no such luck!
Just on with my food prep for tomorrow, then getting my last meal in before sleep.
Pull session on the cards tomorrow

What did you go with Liam? Have you tried the flavours you were looking at?
-
Rested today after upper and lower back to back over the weekend
Managed to get my food prep done, just one meal left for this evening which I’ll be making soon so I can get to sleep.
Push session on the cards for tomorrow
Check out the Black Friday sale items coming up guys!!

Hi mate
Agree with Haider here, put something at the end of yiur pull session.
If you require more frequency, I’d then go at the end of your upper session, or start of lower.
-
Lower session today, really pleased with the set up
Toe press
Seated leg curl
Leg ext
Pivot leg press
45deg leg press
AdductorAll movements kind on my knees. Numbers are set , now to get strong
Food prep is all sorted for tomorrow, two meals left for this evening, rest day tomorrow before a PPL on the bounce.

First session on my new plan today – upper.
Bit of a number setting session, and a realisation that there’s plenty of work to do!
Trained in a different gym, same will be the case tomorrow for my lower session.
Two meals left this evening, and a bit of down time after a long week!
-
Get after it mate. Be patient, don’t rush, consistency is your best friend here.
-
Rest day today, I’ve got all of my supps ready for the weekend and just one more meal left tonight
Start of a new block tomorrow which will go

RestI’ll be training in a different gym over the upper lower sessions, so need to set some numbers!

Hi mate
I do the split approach that Clare has outlined. MPS Max as a stand alone, then Sustain through the first half to two thirds of my session.
-
Mega push session this evening. Really good feeling through the movements, nice steady increase in weights, no shoulder niggles – triple win for me!
Sorted my food prep for tomorrow’s rest day, and now just waiting for my salmon, then straight to bed

I’m with the team mate
One of Jordan’s big ambitions with the brand was to take some of the pain out of having to individually source a million different supplements.
So much thought and effort has gone into the formulation to make the supplements highly effective.
Prepare pro is the king and queen of pre workout supps!
