Very annoyed
Woke up feeling pretty crap, full of cold and struggling to catch my breath.
Not like me but opted not to train. I don’t think it would have done my leg session much good
Resting tomorrow as well and I’ll see how Wednesday pans out
Sorted all my meals and just about to sort my last feed

Hi mate
I have pretty sensitive digestion, I’ve struggled in the past with whey concentrates, but genuinely do very well with the Performance ISO and ISO Pro.
No issues at all for me and at times I’ll have 4 whey meals a day when I don’t have time for solid meals
It’s worth the extra money mate. Give it a go.

I agree with both Clare and Oscar mate.
I know you are keen to get out of the gym relatively quickly, but reducing number of sessions and volume is going to be tough to offset.
That said, you’ve not really given any context around what you’re trying to achieve?

Good pull session this evening in terms of structure and the way the movements felt. Not great from a strength perspective. There’s work to do!
My lover back was pumped to high heaven as well, so probably need to be a little less out of shape to sort my performance out here!
Just had my penultimate meal, one more left tonight then an early night.
Legs tomorrow

Push session this afternoon.
It was decent, but it’s not where I want it. I’ve got a plan, I’ll run it through next time around and report back
Pull day tomorrow which I’m stoked for
One meal left tonight , then sleep

Hi Emmily,
Check out Martin MacDonald, he has helped scores of women cure PCOS with a diet protocol.
I’m sure he has some free resource/guide to how this is achieved.
As for the body comp/weight – Jord has said it.

Rest day today after yesterdays leg session.
On three days straight now, push tomorrow afternoon
Just sorting food prep for tomorrow, and then this evening’s last meal
-
But weight it raw, it’s far less variable

Leggggssssss
Brilliant session this evening, still resisting the urge to to pile as much weight on as I can, but instead, looking after my knees and sticking in those 20-25 rep ranges.
Just sorted tomorrow’s rest day food, and now making my last meal, then it’s sleep time
No training tomorrow, then back to it on Saturday with a push session

Hi mate,
As the guys have said, depends how you get on with it, and how far in advance of your session you have your pre meal.
Dark chocolate is a good option, as it also has vasodilation properties, so extra pump perks!
If I was having my meal within 90mins of starting training, I’d be with Hilly though and probably stick with an MCT if you’re using fats.

Second rest day on the bounce and looking forward to getting stuck into my leg session tomorrow
I’m just working through meal prep, and then my last feed, and then it’s sleep time for tonight

Hi mate
I’m actually with Bish here.
I think the point at which not wearing a belt becomes a limiting factor, is the point at which you should take one on and start to learn how to properly brace against it

Rest day today.
Got all my food prep sorted ready for tomorrow, just one meal left tonight
Resting up again tomorrow, then legs on Thursday

I think you need to have this as a conversation with your coach,
Getting a thousand opinions isn’t helpful, you’ve employed him/her, hopefully after a good bit of due diligence.
You’ve got to have a relationship where you’re comfortable to ask rationale for decision making!

Chest and bis this evening
Now two days off before I fall back into a PPL rotation
Sorted my meals for tomorrow, now sorting my last meal, then sleep time
