Late session today!!
Back session, really good, but very much highlighting a need for more hinge work, it’s definitely not a strength at the moment!
Just sorting food prep for tomorrow, eating last meal, and getting to sleep
Chest and bis tomorrow 😎

I’d like to say I’ve rested today, but it hasn’t felt like that
Rest day from training, but a very busy day none the less
Big back session on the books for tomorrow, so a bit of rest now, one more feed, then a good sleep

Hi mate
What a great attitude. You didn’t sulk and look for a different way, you educated yourself and started to put in the work.
Credit to you, and as the gang have said, we are here to support and soundboard for you

Really good tricep and delt session this evening.
Really enjoyed it, moved everything forwards, and no issues with my shoulders, so a good day.
Just one meal left this evening , having a bit of down time and then a long sleep.

Hi mate
Michaela and Jord have hit this one on the head for me.
Your job is your job, unless you intend to change it, that’s your baseline
If you’d like your legs to grow, you need to create ample stimulus, and then have the nutritional and recovery parameters in place
Don’t angst over things you can’t change, just factor them in and mitigate accordingly

Leg day, and my favourite one in quite some time!
SL Leg press
Squat stance leg press
Quad stance leg press
Prone leg curl
Ham hypersThree work sets of each, no knee pain, job done
About to sink my last meal, then sleep.
Push work tomorrow afternoon

It’s cream of rice for me as well mate. Digests super well, easy to consume, 127,000 flavours by TBJP Nutrition – great choice.

Try doing them single arm mate

Bit of push work this evening, mixed bag which is sad. Reminder that my shoulders are very temperamental
None the less, work done, meals sorted for tomorrow, last meal for this evening about to go on, then sleep before legs tomorrow
-
Rest day today, and feeling tired, so much needed
Sorted all my food prep and have just one meal left tonight
In for some push work tomorrow evening so an early night ahead!

Hi mate
A few suggestions
1) Get some good elbow sleeves. I used to be sceptical, but the top quality neoprene ones do a great job of keeping the joints warm
2) Be mindful of your movement selection. Choose movements that are kinder on your elbows
3) Higher repetition work can be really beneficial.
4) invest in some good joint supps like Join-In and Cure-Coming
Hope that helps mate

Back session tonight as this block nears a close
Got a rest day coming up tomorrow, and then back to it on Thursday.
Just sorted food prep for tomorrow, and not long until I get my last meal in before sleep

Hi mate,
Why don’t you have ago at putting the sessions together and sharing with us?
It might be that upper/lower with two rotations is a better option?
Have a look, take some time having your best attempt, then share for tweaking and feedback.

Ignore the visible load, both are arbitrary rather than an actual effective load.
See which one you prefer the feel of, then get stuck in.

Worked through some calves this evening, and then a tonne of mobility and shoulder health options.
Looking to incorporate a few of these every day, so was having a taster session with the movements. Eliminated a few, but got on well with most.
Food prep just sorted, last meal to cook and then sleep.
