Absolutely mate, top quality source of protein
Whey gets villainised sometimes, but using a high quality product should be kind on your digestive system and a great addition to your protein sources

Hi mate
Check out some of Kuba’s videos on arm training accuracy

Push day
Same theme as yesterday. Ran my way through ascending sets to a hard top set
I’m just now getting fed before I sleep, hopefully a bit of opportunity for some rest tomorrow

Hi mate,
You definitely want to keep as much stress on your biceps as possible
Kuba has done some ace videos on arm training accuracy – check them out mate

First session back!! Very much toned down, just some back movements (nothing lower back loading) with the rear Delts and bis left out until next time around
Just worked progressive sets on everything up to a single top set with 1-2 RiR
Very happy with how it went, all food prep is done, just about to sink my last meal and then deep sleep!

I’ve literally just had my first session back today with the tail end of a chest infection.
I’ve just worked progressive sets up to one top set with probably 2 RiR
I’ll do that for my full rotation and then hopefully be good to go.

Aaaaaaand still ill, but a good chunk better.
I’m planning on training tomorrow so looking forward to getting back in.
A forced break, but a rest that my muscles have had, so will look to leapfrog my previous spot soon enough

Hi mate
I’m in with Bish here. Same approach I took when I first started doing GHR.
They’re a great movement and worth mastering.

Fortunately I’m a chunk better today, but not well enough to train.
I’m hoping to be back at it on Thursday
That said, meal prep still done and ready for tomorrow
One feed left tonight with an early night

Hi mate
Agree with Clare here, your risk will be that you’ve developed too much strength to be able to fully recover to allow enough stimulus across the rotations.
Have you fully learned and embraced the “taking a set all the way”? If not, a great opportunity to get that ironed out also, the upper/lower splits really rely on your ability to do that.

This is now very sad. I’m very ill. Not sure when I’m likely to be back in the gym.
Just as things were going well 🙄

Hi mate
Kuba has done some good vids on accuracy that might be very helpful for you

Totally agree with Joe here. Being shorter is not a disadvantage. It will be your leverages that decide how optimally you’re put together to pull. Your relative femur length is much more influential than your absolute height
-
Another rest day for me, I’m still trying to clear this chest infection which has come back hungry today so was no value in attempting to train.
I’ll rest tomorrow as well and then aim to be in on Tuesday for my pull session
Mostly had liquid meals today, but calorie matched. I’ll aim to push whole foods for my last two
Food prep is sorted for tomorrow, now just to rest a little and try to get a good sleep

Hi mate,
Have a bit of a go on both, experiment with foot placement, and see which one gets you excited.
Run it to town, then swap in the other one for a block 💪🏻
