Good pull session tonight. Definitely pushing through the hesitance with my bicep, but still erring on the side of caution.
Calories have been dropped, all training focus now is on getting in the best spot I can for a push post Christmas
Last meal just going in, then sleep. Push day tomorrow 🙌🏻💪🏻

Hi mate
A huge amount of this comes down to what you want out of it in my view.
The next layer of variability is aligned with what your needs are. How your body is holding up, how your body is recovering, how it’s reacting to energy intake and and and
In short, the game hasn’t changed. It’s reacting and programming for your needs and your responses.
I know that’s really open ended, but it’s the case mate. You’ve learned a lot about yourself – apply it!

Back round to Monday and that means a rest day. Nearly done, one meal to sink and then it’s time for sleep
Pull day to kick the training week off tomorrow 🙌🏻

I think if you’re excited about giving it a go, a full body programme will be really rewarding as it’s such a contrast to the body part splits you’ve run previously
As the gang have rightly said though, whatever gets your juices going is a good guide to follow

Legs today, which was a really good session until I got to the pressing.
Knees were super warm from a high rep focus, got my sleeves back in the game, so expected miracles that didn’t come.
Got some acceptable work done given how crap they felt, but it’s not going to get me excited.
Probably the kick I needed to double down and commit to getting them looked at.
Rest tomorrow, then pulling on Tuesday.
Probably going to bring my bodyweight down now until I can train as I want to, so I’ll have some time focussed on that.
Last meal and then sleep.
As an aside, make sure you jump on the TBJP sale 🙌🏻

Hi mate,
I’m afraid I can’t see the attachment, but I don’t see a change of scenery as a necessary need for a change of approach.
Unless you can’t create a couple of upper and a couple of lower sessions with the kit available, I’m not sure I’d move philosophies.

Some really salient points from the gang here mate
Are lifts progressing?
Are your legs physically growing?
What do your sessions look like at the moment? -
Very happy with today’s upper session.
Managed to incorporate some pronated grip rows for the first time since my bicep let go, and they didn’t feel risky at all.
Also started scoping some clinics for the ostinil injections I want in my knees, but before that, legs tomorrow
Just wrapped up my last feed, so now sleep

How it’s Friday again I have no idea , but Fridays are rest days so just about to wrap up with my last meal, and then it will be sleep time,
Extra enjoy my sessions over the weekend with a bit more time around them. Upper tomorrow

As Jord says, if there are certain variations that annoy your elbow more than others, I would actively avoid them,
If it’s everything that’s an issue, take the mitigating steps, but get it looked at in parallel.

Nice leg session tonight. Definitely getting cold enough to bring the trackies out which I prefer on the whole
Knees didn’t get in the way tonight which was nice, although I did lean to the higher reps
Last meal about to get served up and then it’s sleep
Resting tomorrow and then upper/lower over the weekend

I agree tht FB would be a preference if you’re on EoD, it if you’re wedded to U/L, you can do well there also.
Either way, make a start with the tutorial vids in the education section, understand the philosophy, have a go at building your sessions based on what you’ve learned and the kit you have available to you, then if you have questions, bring them for review.

Really good push session tonight. Gaining confidence in my bicep session by session, just need to force myself to stay patient and progress steadily.
Beef mince just cooking, one more feed and then sleeping.
Legs tomorrow 🙌🏻

There’s no perfect split for anyone. But you can look through this forum and there’s tons of ideas, the videos, and JP’s YouTube
You can also post right here photos of yourself and some info about your current training and level of experience and we can help you more
yea thats what i meant a perfect plan for each individual regarding time, focus and other things they might consider important 🙂

Becaise of that though, you are always going to have to apply what you learn to your unique set of needs. That’s the key, what applies, what doesn’t? How does it apply?
Figure that out, and you’re in a good spot.

Good pull session tonight. Very pleased with the progressions, managing to break a bit of a mental barrier with concern over my bicep.
Home and food prepped for tomorrow, just about to get my last feed and supps and then it’s sleep time
