Good session tonight, very happy with how that went
Feel like I’m very close to being able to fully push on with everything, even despite the quote bad bicep injury – it will just mean a change of approach, which I’m accepting of at this point
Just sorted supps and food for tomorrow. One meal left for tonight, then it’s sleep

Hi mate,
500 calorie swing for me from training day to rest days
Most of my meals are the same, but I remove my intra shake, and then my post workout meal differs by a drop in 100kcals to the meal that replaces it. Everything else is the same

Excellent session this evening following my rest day yesterday.
Body is behaving nicely and training is going well right now
I’m being very patient in considering my arm, although it’s feeling very good, there’s no sense in rushing. I’m able to work hard, I’m able to work progressively, just not in my preferred style
Sorted supps and food prep for tomorrow, one feed left and then I’m sleeping

Hi mate
At the risk of being an echo, just reiterating the “Must 5” as a group of supps that will benefit everyone.

Rest day today. Very full on, but very productive day with the team
Food already prepped for tomorrow, and very much looking forward to my session

Hi mate
Fully agree with Oscar
How have you found the switch so far to UL?

Really nice session today, very happy.
Tees me up for a rest day tomorrow, before getting back in on Tuesday
Got all my meals and supps prepped for the next two days, and two meals left this evening
Bit of rest, then a hell of a very packed week ahead, but wouldn’t do it differently

Hi mate
On the whole, there are good trends here, obviously with the execution of your quad which has reduced by a cm. Anything that stands out as why?
Couple of things from me
1) Be patient. A month isn’t a large amount of time in the grand scheme
2) Be very accurate with your measurement placements. As an example, I would have a very different number if I measured mid thigh or top of thigh.

Hi mate
I agree with Oscar, if you’d pull your programme this well there’s progress to be had!
You can move the rep ranges to your preference for sure.

Just sitting down after my penultimate meal .
Busy day, productive day, good training session, now some chill before mu last feed
Bodyweight had a big jump this week, so nothing will change for a few weeks at a guess, but will see how things keep trending.

Hi Miso,
Please at least have a go at putting the sessions together for feedback.
It will massively help your own understanding
-
Thts training polished off, and a much needed rest day to look forward to tomorrow
Really good session tonight, back and food prepped for tomorrow
About to cook my steak meal, then it’s sleep time.

Well done for a solid 13 weeks, you’re very in tune with what’s happened so far, which is good.
Unfortunately, as nice as it would be, none of us can indefinitely progress linearly.
My strong suspicion is that it’s time (or was time a while ago) for a deload and then reset of numbers.
This would be my go to option first.

Another day done, another session in the books
Feeling a bit feverish, it’s rare for me to be ill at all, I’ll be on top of it quickly but it isn’t ideal
Sorted supps and meals for tomorrow, about to cook my steak and then get some sleep to try to shake this.

It might be time to switch splits, or it might be that you’ve gone past the point where you needed a deload/extended rest, or it might be that resetting/re-ordering your exercises is a good idea.
As for your UL layout, no issue with that at all.
