Another day done, another session in the books
Feeling a bit feverish, it’s rare for me to be ill at all, I’ll be on top of it quickly but it isn’t ideal
Sorted supps and meals for tomorrow, about to cook my steak and then get some sleep to try to shake this.

It might be time to switch splits, or it might be that you’ve gone past the point where you needed a deload/extended rest, or it might be that resetting/re-ordering your exercises is a good idea.
As for your UL layout, no issue with that at all.

Rest day today, but a very busy one until the evening where I managed to recharge a bit
Meals and supps prepped for lower tomorrow, all meals eaten today, so sleep time now, back to early starts!
-
Only other thing to add from me is that I would consider session layout based on physique needs – in movement selection and order.
As Oscar says, there’s a really good video in the education section

Upper day today and I’m as pleased as I was with yesterday’s lower session.
Bicep behaves really well, starting to feel more confident. Not complacent at all, but confident
Resting tomorrow, then back in with lower on Wednesday
About to get my last meal and then sleep time for me
Had uncharacteristically weak sleeps two nights in a row, hoping tonight will be a much better one.

What has the diet template suggested for you? Can you share in its totality?

My best leg session in a decade. Very happy with today’s lower session. Everything felt excellent, all my lifts were up, joints continue to improve, which lets me work hard, and thats all I need
Hoping for an equally good upper session tomorrow, last feed coming up in about half an hour, then sleep time
-
Yep, with Oscar here mate. Lots of choice, two very solid compound options and isolation options there
-
Upper 1 lined up and progressed.
Need to be more patient now with a couple of the movements, I’ll creep reps rather than load. I need not be in a rush, I just need progress.
Expecting bodyweight to be a bit down tomorrow, food at the ready to respond!
Resting tomorrow so will try to get most of my jobs done before a couple of training days to look forward to on Sunday and Monday
One meal left in about half an hour, then sleep time

Hi mate.
I love sustain, brilliant product both from the make up, and the taste not being too sweet
Don’t over concentrate it and thT will help with digestion ease.

Lower 1 tonight
Really good, everything is progressing very well at the moment, I’m very pleased with how things are moving on bit by bit.
Upper 1 tomorrow, and then resting on Saturday.
Time for my last meal, then sleep, then a long weekend, rest Saturday, then training time

Hi mate
As Oscar says, this will be heavily dependent on what your goals are, and what your training history tells you
If you’re struggling to understand session structure, I’d highly recommend you take a look at the educational videos on the site
One of us putting a programme together isn’t going to aid your understanding. If you invest a small amount of time watching the Full Body, Upper Lower, and Push Pull Legs videos, you will have a good understanding of why, and how the volume/frequency relationship starts to take play.

Rest day pretty much done. One meal to go on about an hour, then bed
Felt very sleepy today, so looking forward to getting to bed
Back into lower tomorrow, probably try sleeves on the compounds to see if they add with the discomfort release.

Upper 2 wrapped up.
Able to do more and more with the bicep, still being incredibly cautious with it, and will continue to be.
With that said, it’s nice to be progressing.
That means tomorrow is a rest day, then back to lower on Thursday
About to get my last meal, then sleep time
