It’s not by accident you see people’s sessions going over the 2hr mark, it’s because ample rest is taken to get the performance outcomes.
Does life mean you can’t stretch your session?

Back and hams boxed off.
Really nice session this evening, good atmosphere in the gym, body felt good, lifts went up – a good day.
Home and meal prep sorted for tomorrow’s push session, final meal sunk and now it’s time for sleep

I probably wouldn’t advise 6x a week I doubt you’d recover from 3 leg sessions a week either just 1 rest day that’s pretty intense. What’s your current split and goals?
its full body eod and i just wanna get as strong as possible
If you’ve been training a while and you’ve got the capacity to train any day, you could do a U/L/OFF repeat if you are wanting to give upper Lower a go, that’ll sit around 5 days a week which will be good for progression and recovery
I personally think this is the one mate.As Meg says, really good balance of high frequency and allowing recovery for both performance and for growth.
If you’re keen to make the jump to Upper/Lower, I think this is the best pattern to start on.

Rest day pretty much dusted.
About to get my last meal (salmon) and then it’s sleep time.
Had an uncharacteristically bad sleep last night so very much looking forward to my bed.
Back and hams tomorrow 🙌🏻

Videos please mate of warm up set vs top set.

Agree with Kam, don’t fall into the trap of neglecting rest days. It won’t end up how you want it to.
How long have you been doing Full Body? How are you progressing both lifts and bodyweight?

A good Sunday today.
Productive morning, and an excellent quad and adductor session this afternoon.
Knees continue to let me do more.
I’ve got two more weeks of training and then my first bit of time out since a forced break through I’ll mess around Christmas.
Once that’s out the way, I’ll be moving to an upper/lower split. The gym I’ve moved to is well equipped enough to let me do that, and I’ve had a sustained period of working and letting my joints settle.
I will at that point reintroduce some soft wraps for my pressing work, as much to keep them nice and stable as the loads climb,
Food prep is done now for tomorrow’s rest day, and I’ve got one meal left for tonight.
Back to the long days tomorrow.

If you don’t think good lifting performance is plausible at 6am, is there a reason you can’t shift your working day the other way (8-4) and train after work?
-
Rest day today and it’s been a good one.
Got some work done, had some chill time, did some jobs, and now it’s last meal before bed.
Quad and adductor session tomorrow afternoon is on the cards.

Hi Mattia,
Absolutely fine to split the session like that. Lots of people do it that way with good success.
You’ve got a good training history so will tell pretty quickly if it’s a good fit for you set up like that.

Push session tonight tht went well. Pec improving all of the time and will be ready to go very soon.
Resting tomorrow which will be very welcome, and then back in for quads on Sunday
About to have my steak meal and then a long sleep!

Hi mate
Definitely get yourself over to UltraFlex Rotherham and have a chat with the gang there!
-
Had a few issues with getting on the app again, so updating from yesterday evening’s session
Solid back and hams run out.
Feeling it a bit this week, but you’re not supposed to feel fresh as a daisy all the time!
Looking forward to catching up on some sleep over the weekend, it’s been a week!

Quads and adductors this evening.
More progress with the knees behaving, which is my biggest win at the moment.
Still training without sleeves or wraps which I’ll stretch out a while longer
Just sorted tomorrow’s food prep, and now about to dive into my pre-bed supps and final meal.
Back and hams tomorrow 🙌🏻

Hi mate
I think with PPL R UL R you can do well on one or in two rotations
For me it depends how frequently you like to have a movement to stay in touch with the execution.
My personal preference on that particular split would be one rotation , but this is wholly about preference.
