90mins is rapid for a full body session, I’m not surprised you’re touching 2hrs, it’s very much the norm.

Legs this evening, and largely good but a bit tainted by my attempted squats that just weren’t happening.
I need to stay on the movements that work without pain. Bit disappointed, but it is why it is, and a long long way ahead of where it has been
Last meal coming up, then sleep. Push to look forward to tomorrow
-
Honestly, I’d just go with – if not resting means performance is significantly negatively impacted, take a few breaths and settle yourself, if it’s an isolation movement that doesn’t systemically tax you, it’s likely unnecessary

Mondays are rest days for me following my lower/upper sessions on a weekend.
First day of calories slightly upped (250) I’ll be sure to creep this slowly and patiently.
Legs tomorrow, meals prepped and supps prepped, one more meal tonight and then sleep time
-
Sorry, I’m not clear on the question. Are you asking if it is effective to work between 5-7 reps ?
-
Very good upper session today. Everything is moving up in load, but feeling better in the process, feel like I’m properly in a groove with it.
Just sorted food prep for tomorrow, I’ve got two meals left for today and then back to the weekly grind.
-
Hi Roman, what concerns you about stressing your CNS?
-
You just need to completely reset your numbers mate.
Surely as you warm up you get a gauge of a load that you can achieve 8-12 reps with?
By the sounds, you just need to reduce the load more….
-
It was lower today and it went better than expected – on a real run now of legs just playing ball.
One meal to go, losing an hour because of the clocks changing which is annoying, so early bed for me
Upper tomorrow, along with a small bump in calories (250) which I’ll very slowly creep over the next block.
Loving Sas’s look at the Detroit, getting it done!!

Hi Adam,
I’m with Kam here, this is a great time to educate yourself.
Make use of the brilliant resources in the education section.
Once you’ve watched and digested, think about how that applies to the equipment you have available to you
Then share on here and we will really happily give you feedback to tweak things. Asking for it on a plate is missing an opportunity to understand the philosophy.

Hi Miso,
There’s lots of variables attached to this, but don’t limit yourself with what answers might come back.
If it matters to you, if you can nail your training and recovery, go after it.
Be patient, be relentlessly consistent, and go get your new muscle.

I would be an evening guy every time mate. It’s absolutely preference, but for me personally, morning would be pointless.
-
Aaaaaand the week is done.
Just about to tuck j in tho my penultimate meal, then a bit of downtime after a long working week.
Rest day from training with legs on the cards for tomorrow
-
Hi Erick,
When you say how can you schedule things to be training more frequently, you are doing that in an Upper/Lower split.
Full Body might be best for you from a purely physique development outcome perspective (I don’t know enough about you to know that that is definitely the case) but if you’re not enjoying the split and spend your time frustrated then unless you are wholly outcome focussed, it’s probably not the best choice for you.
We are fortunate that there are lots of highly effective splits to help sit well with people’s preferences, lifestyles, and needs.

Very happy with this evenings pull
Session! It’s been a good few days training, I’ve sorted tomorrows food prep and am about to cook my last meal and then it’s sleep time
Resting tomorrow, lower/upper over the weekend and raring to go
Will start the bodyweight climb too, time to go full snicker
