Hi mate,
I echo Jord’s comments here.
You will see most of us choose a training style quite different to the one you have outlined.
All of us take training quite seriously, so that probably indicates that we don’t see your proposed method as the best way to an outcome.
You then need to weigh up what is most important to you, outcome or enjoyment.
There isn’t a right answer to that, it’s up to you.
If it’s the latter, and this is your preferred training style, get stuck in.

Legs tonight, second variation, really good session tonight
Didn’t have to queue for anything which was ideal, so motored through the movements – not sure how much my cardio enjoyed that 😃
Just sorted food prep for tomorrow, one meal about to go down and then I’m sleeping.
Push session tomorrow which I’m hoping I can creep the pressing up on again

Hi mate
Adam Bishop had a deadlift tutorial video on YouTube – good place to start, Bish is not only one of the best deadlifters in the world, but also a top class coach, so makes the learning cues very easy to understand

Hi mate,
You definitely need to be disciplined here with not bouncing from one split to another
My recommendation is that you share your sessions, and once you have whatever feedback is appropriate, you can be really comfortable that the programming is right, and from there it’s effort and execution consistently. Again and again and again

Upper session
Very happy with todays session. First time I’ve been able to challenge myself with some pressing since my elbows started being plonkers
Really good base to build from, and very much enjoyed the structure of the whole session, so feels like it’s all about to come together
Two meals left tonight, food prep is done for tomorrow’s rest day, then back with legs again on Tuesday – and so it continues.

Hi mate. In agreement with Oscar here, looks well put together, now to spend some time finding out how you can progress.
Come back in a few months with an update 💪🏻

Good leg session today. Put some short knee wraps on for leg press, and they also allowed me to do some light belt squat, so think I’ll persist there
Really enjoyed getting a squat variation back in, so hoping I can hold it together
I genuinely do need to get these ostinil injections sorted , running out of time to stop messing around
One meal left tonight and an upper session to look forward to tomorrow

Hi mate
There’s going to be an amount of individuality here in how you feel, but for me that would be 90-120mins – remember you’re getting another MPS spike part way through the session.
If finance allows, I’d consider switching you EAA for MPS Max, if it doesn’t, no stress 💪🏻

Rest day today, just back from work and food in, two meals to go
Lower session tomorrow, hoping my knees are in a better spot!

Hi Gavin,
Don’t see it as something you have to do, but it is typically a very good approach for maintaining progression and getting strong over a breadth of rep ranges.
Some people also find the sets easier to go at from a psychological perspective when you have two separate rep ranges.

Pull day today.
Good session, everything moved well, good pace to the session as well.
Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow and then a good weekend of training.
Food prep sorted, about to cook my last meal and then it’s sleep time

I think in addition to Jordan’s point, is it going to change your decision anyway?
If not, just do what you plan to do, but as Jord has said, work very hard, programme to your needs, have your diet in a good spot, recover well.

Hi mate
You’ve got plenty of opportunity here to make like for like switches.
As Louis says, you can switch your high incline barbell for a high incline dumbbell, or you can switch the angle of press.
Pull down can become a pull up or a different handle attachment
Behind neck press can become a standard shoulder press – barbell or dumbbell.
Yates row to Pendlay row.
Then tricep and bicep are obviously very easy to interchange variations.
Lots of options mate

Leeggggssssss
Knees were divs tonight, so very heavily focussed the session on hams.
Not happy, I thought I was passed all of that but nothing to be gained from being a hero.
One meal to go and then sleep – push next up
