Hi mate

Typically pull before push will see a bigger detriment than the other way round, but genuinely, don’t let it stop you giving it a run.

You might find no issue mate, and if that helps you with other areas of programming, good news.

    Hi mate

We can’t see your physique pics

If you’re progressing well on full body, I don’t think you need to move away from it, but you may consider the exercise order based on priority

If progress has stalled, legitimately so, and recovery is very challenging, it might be time to shift.

On an aside – Definitely start taking creatine!

Rest day today. Just sat down after food prep and a long day at work

One meal left and then sleep. Legs tomorrow which I’m looking forward to, although my knees have been feeling a bit off today so hoping they’re well settled to crank it some more.

    Pull day today.

Session went well. Everything has progressed again, I still have a lot of catching up to do on some of the freeweight movements I used to be very strong on, but I’m up and after it

Meals prepped for tomorrow’s rest day, then legs on Tuesday

Two meals left this evening and then an early night before it’s right back to it

Throw some pics up Fred, let’s see if your lower is ahead of your upper.

Push session today, elbow definitely improving

Dorect Tri work was able to be loaded a bit more, with almost no discomfort

Pressing volume increased, load also increased, but taking this very slowly, and resultantly very light high rep sets….. for now

Eating and resting this evening, another nutty week, very enjoyable, but takes its toll

    Pull tomorrow

Hi Jack, i do as the others have suggested and split mine morning and evening

If budget allows you can crank the number of caps you take, but if you’re on 6 a day, I’d split these evenly 3 and 3.

Legs tonight, always a favourite way to end the week!

Knees took a while to get warm, but they behaved in the end

Just got my last meal cooking and then it’s time to sleep

Push day tomorrow and hoping to keep the pressing progressing a little

100% with Clare here mate, you can be absolutely certain that any of the TBJP supps are the best possible formulations.

Absolute top quality, and well worth the money

Pull session this evening, simple but effective, gym was a bit quieter so managed to rattle through without much delay.

Heading back now for food prep, last meal, and sleep.

    Legs tomorrow 🙌🏻

Ideally you will have different movements

What about seated barbell? Do no you have a Swiss bar or football bar?

Well I can force myself to do barbell and dumbell but I have a feeling I can’t load it properly
Seated barbell set up in a squat rack maybe ? Seated dumbell ?
Well I guess I can try that but I also have the same problem with tricep work, I need 4 different tricep compounds/presses and 4 different tricep isolations but I just can’t think of any.
Close grip barbell press or close grip smith press, JM press, free dip, machine dip.

There you go, that’s tricep compounds sorted.

Push session with the reintroduction of some very modest pressing

Pain free though, so on path, just very very patient now

About to hit the sack for sleep

    Hi mate,

How new are you to training?

It’s likely a significant amount had been neural adaptation, but without seeing if you’ve had any composition change, it’s not easy to answer.

I guess the question is, “does it matter?”. If you’re looking for muscle gain, and you need to ask if it’s been neural or hypertrophy, you probably still have some room for development.

You’ve almost certainly identified your limiting factor, if performance is good, and you’re not noticeably growing, you need to revisit your diet and adjust accordingly.

It sounds like you’re doing a great job with your training performance, so keep that up mate, and just provide the dietary support you need and you’ll be well on the way.
