    Sorry Daniel, I misunderstood

In that case – I’m fully with Oscar mate. Pick one hinge on day one, then see where that takes you, how other movements are impacted, and importantly, how it progresses.

Excellent pull session this evening, very happy with how it went, and with the movement selections.

Just finished food prep and getting my last meal for tonight sorted, then it’s sleep

Resting tomorrow, busy Saturday but training to look forward on both days 🙌🏻

    Hi Daniel,

If you’ve got SLDL in your lower days, do you feel you need an additional high load hinge within the week?

If you want a second hinge movement, I would probably start with something less likely to disrupt the whole system. Maybe a hyperextension, biased towards hams and glutes if that’s the priority of the movement for you.

That will give you a good sense of how the movement fits and what it might or might not impact in your wider programme.

This is one of my favourite splits as well. Really good set up!

Life got in the way today which meant no pull session – highly frustrating, but it’ll be there tomorrow

Just about to get on with food prep, then one more meal tonight and it’s sleep time

Hi mate, I don’t think it’s ever a very good idea to run full body sessions on consecutive days if hypertrophy is the key objective.

4 days a week will see upper/lower really shine.

Get your programming intelligently put together, stick with it consistently, work really hard, execute really well, get your nutrition and sleep lined up and you’ll fly.

Another very decent leg session this evening, moving this forward every session now

Knees really benefiting from all the TBJP joint supps – JoinIn, Collagen, OsteoPro, Omega Pharma Pro, CureComing

Just finished up food prep and have this evening’s last meal on

    Pull session tomorrow 🙌🏻

Agree with Kuba and Clare here mate, don’t see the deload as a negative, it will almost certainly set you up for another block of progress across the board, whilst letting any small niggles settle.

As Kuba has said, it’s then a great opportunity to reset numbers, be really honest about your execution and anything that might need tightening up – now is the time.

    Rest day today.

Long couple of weeks into the Christmas break, but looking forward to my sessions this week,

Just sorted meal prep, one feed left tonight and then an early night

I agree with Haider too, but I would also be getting it working as soon as possible

Get some blood flowing into the the muscle, and get it working through a range as soon as pain allows you to do so, even with the very lightest loads.

Push session today, but modified to allow a break for my elbows that have been flaring up over the past few sessions

Got my food all prepped for tomorrow’s rest day, two meals left for this evening and an early night

Absolute sod of a weekend with lots of laborious tasks needing doing, but they are at least done!

Agree with Clare, it doesn’t matter what day of the week it is, the sequence matters.

Lower today and then back on with the pattern.

Really good pull session this afternoon

I wasn’t sure if my elbows were going to play up today, but was really pleased to find that they didn’t get in the way of anything

Had lots of jobs to do today, some of which are done, but a busy evening ahead

Hoping for a quieter day tomorrow, big push session to get stuck into and manage these elbows!

Agree with Oscar and Jord mate.

There’s always a temptation to look for something “better”. When things are going to plan, don’t be so quick to want to change that, it’s just time to ride the wave and double down on what’s going well

Very excellent leg session this evening! Ever so happy with how these are progressing

Enjoying my selected (although limited) movements, and steadily progressing session on session without falling into the trap of trying to load too much too soon, it’s still the higher rep ranges on press and leg extension variations , but I’m happy with working hard.

Another very busy weekend, but two sessions to look forward to so I’m happy

Just polished off my post workout meal, few jobs to do when I’m back, then a little chill, a steak, and sleep
