If four sessions works, I personally would move to upper/lower

If that’s usually not possible, I think as the guys have said, intelligent exercise selection is your best option with the constraints you’re working to.

Another good leg session this evening

Variation from the other session, but a set of movements that let me work equally hard

Resting tomorrow which is very welcome ahead of upper lower over the weekend

One meal left and an early night on the cards

Hi mate , how many times per week can you train? Are you limited on amount of time per session and number of sessions, or just length of session?

Settling into the new split nicely. Another good upper session tonight,

If the car ever thaws I’ll be home for food prep and last meal before legs again tomorrow

    Agree with Rich

Why the side delt in lower days

I don’t want to throw them in at the start of my upper days and since my lower days are pretty efficient it doesn’t hurt to throw in a set[/quote]
Why do they have to be at the start of your upper days? Put them at the end…

Good leg session tonight , very happy with the movements now, I’d like to have a few movements on lower rep ranges, but embracing the pain free work!

Sorted my food prep, just one meal to go and then sleep as early as possible 🙌🏻

    Hi mate

Fairly common practice for people to put bicep work at the start of lower days.

What’s the reason for not wanting your medial delt work on upper days?

    Rest day today.

Had a long one with work, got my food prepped ready for my lower session tomorrow

One meal left tonight and then an early night is the plan

    Hi mate

Totally agree with Oscar – only thing I would say is to not have crossover of rep ranges. By that, I mean, don’t hit 10 reps in your loaded session and 10 reps again in your high rep session

Upper session today – loaded push, higher rep on pull.

Really enjoyed the session, got through in decent time and pleased with the movement selections

Sorted all my food prep for tomorrow’s rest day, one meal left tonight, and catch up on the UFC card!

    Hi mate

First off – well done! You’ve added 95lbs, that’s no joke!

Really really good leg session today. Very happy!

But if a tweak to movement selection and no inhibition whatsoever

Absolutely hammering the TBJP joint supps (Join In, Collagen, Pharma Pro Omega, Cure Coming, Osteo Pro) and it’s letting me work.

After an extended effort at PPL, I’m bouncing back to upper/lower. The volume in the push sessions is too much in one dose for my shoulders, so I’m going to reduce tht back down but with increased frequency

Two meals left this evening, then a bit longer sleep tonight

It’s been a very long day at work and then gym. Now for a bit of downtime – looking forward to All Blacks vs France 🙌🏻

    Hi mate

A combination of answers for me here.

Firstly, make sure your execution is right, but once that’s the case, there’s nothing more needs attaching to it – just keep doing the movements well, but with a bit more load each time.

Acceptable pull session this evening, certainly managed to get some work done without hurting my elbows – so a win.

Long day at work tomorrow and then a leg session to get stuck into

One meal left tonight. Big steak, then a much needed sleep

    Hi Arthur,

Is there anything stopping you waking up earlier? Training within 20/30mins of waking up isn’t giving you much time to get things lined up.

As Jord has said, don’t neglect the protein here. A fast digesting shake, with whey isolate and cluster carb would be an immediate, also ensuring you’re getting plenty of fluid in.
