    Hi mate

    Sorry, I don’t understand why you’re missing a meal?

Because sometimes I have to train early in the morning, compared to usual when I train after 2nd meal.

So you don’t have one less meal in the day, you train after one less meal?

    No issue, get after it!

    Good pull session this evening

Everything moving up nicely on the rear delt and back work.

I’m going to up reps again on bicep work, tendons are boggling when rep ranges drop

This was quickly sorted when I ran this last time so probably need to think about a rotating rep pattern if this is to be sustainable

Legs tomorrow, meals and supps sorted

Last meal to sink now, then sleep

Rest day today following yesterday’s upper session, and ahead of tomorrow’s pull session.

Food going up from tomorrow, time to make a big push now at my strength and see where it gets me

Meals all prepped. Supps all prepped. One meal now and then sleep time

I think having two upper and two lower sessions will benefit you over a single session for each mate.

If you have the amount of quality kit required to allow 3, that’s great, but if you don’t, I really wouldn’t compromise having quality movements for the sake of an additional rotation.

Really good upper session today. Very much my favourite session at the moment.

Really enjoying the horizontal flat press and the high incline chest press in particular

All meals sorted for tomorrow which will be a rest day.

I’ve got a rest day tomorrow.

Soon starting a big strength drive 🙌🏻

    Hi mate

Isolation movements likely won’t need as many warm up sets, you could trim some of those.

For me though, if the session is giving you what you need, and you can fit it in the day, just crack on

Have you put body fat on?

    Hi mate

What rep ranges are you working with on your RDL?

Hi, rep range 6-12, I only feel it in the first heavy set.

    Thanks for the answer!

Do you have videos to see if anything slips from the lighter to the heavier sets?

Rested today because of a very highly demanding day with work.

Did my leg session yesterday instead. I must have done 40,000 steps today – NOT what I’m designed for!

Looking forward to sleeping very well tonight, and having a strong upper session

    Hi mate

Your logic is correct, having the EAA as a single serving is a good idea.

When that is, depends when your pre workout meal is. If for example you have a whole food meal two hours before you train, you might have your EAA just before you start your session, and then sip your carb drink through training.

I’m with Kuba here on the carb choice, Performance Fuel for a cluster dextrin, or Sustain for a vitargo based carb would likely be significantly better than maltodextrin, and aren’t expensive additions.

    Hi mate

I love the PPL UL split. I’m doing it at the moment.

It’s a lot to train back to back though. I’d really encourage a rest day either side of the PPL run

    Just polished legs off.

Absolutely livid. I really thought the new hack squats were going to work out for me. Not the case. Knees are very sad.

    Back to the drawing board

    Hi Tobi,

Do you have some physique pics you can share before anyone answers this?
