At your age I would not consider any 19nor or Eq
Both carry great results but with higher risk, you don’t want anything with potential to drive neuro toxicity like decca or kidney toxicity that Eq does have.
If you struggle with bp those choices should be off the table
If you have kharma test Anavar and gh
Stick to them alone, trt test
Then run Anavar couple of times a year need be 10-12 weeks

Hopefully I will be able to source primo or masteron at some stage but until then it seems the consensus is Pharma test growth and a few short Anavar cycles.
I’m looking at competing in men’s physique – masters novice.

At 50 with ongoing BP issues and blood sitting at the thicker side you need to be extremely careful here if you decide to cycle.
I would really be looking at only using primo/masteron and in low doses – Var is going to hit your cholesterol hard as are all orals.
donate blood first
keep test just about TRT and use primo/masteron in low doses to keep E2 in a good spot.
use GH
stay lean at all times to help BP stay good.
Training – very hard to say here without assessing your physique and then response over time but if looking at MP I would initially look to have 2 push sessions, 1 leg session and 1 back session. If back is a weaker area then a second back/posterior day may make sense.
At 50 I would be keeping rep ranges on the higher side and a big focus on execution/form etc etc

Hi Tim,
Training split wise, looks to be an upper body focused split is this your goal? If so wanting to compete in MP then I like this split. If you want more of a balanced split that first Push / pull could be replaced with Push / Density. By density I mean back work and some posterior chain work sprinkled in then your other leg day be quad focused
Cycle wise what is your history with cycles? Before I suggest something I’d like some more context

Thanks for you help.
Initially I did test 250-500 & deca 200-400 cycles.
Then test 250-400 & mast or primo 200-400 with added NPP up to 200 at times.
All with HGH around 4iu. -

I think at 150-250 test , everyone and anyone can look very very good, but also you have the satisfaction of knowing your healthy and being responsible too – which at 47 is so important imo. We absolutely cannot have more people die in this sport / game , when it can be avoided if we are much smarter ?

I have had some great results with 0 impact on health markers with clients of your age and a little older doing no more than 200mg test and 200mg primo or masteron.
We made sure to be using all the health supplements we should
Kept cardio in etc at all times.
We limited time on to 12 weeks and time on true art to 12 weeks with bloods in the middle of the cycle and end etc.
150mg mg with just put most top end of normal to just above and most should be able to maintain a very good look on this.
However you can make little steps forward if you want more and still remain healthy.
The big however is. – How much of everything else do you have nailed on – Is your training 100% truly and designed to benefit you at your age – not causing over training or joint issues.
Is your nutrition on point 95% of the time.
the reason I say this is if its not then maybe making sure this is all as it should be would get you the look you want without needing to titrate up from TRt.
There are also other healthy avenues – GH , metformin, inject L car, potential low dose insulin – All Imo would if anything do more for your health and recovery and have no impact at all

Imo at 47 , I think it’s time to add no additional anabolics at all and focus on looking and feeling the best you can on just the 250 test , which IMO is still ample. I have pulled down to 150 test now and I feel like if I even went back to 250 it would make a big diff. So I would personally move between a legit trt dose of 100-150 and then if you felt like you wanted a period of pushing more , go to 250. Otherwise, your opening yourself up to potential cardiovascular events in your late 50s , early 60s and for what?

I’m nowhere near your size and haven’t pushed anywhere near as hard with PEDS as you but I definitely err on the side of caution with health.
Whilst I’m in the best shape of my life at 47 this lifestyle has consumed me lately. I guess that’s what’s needed to make decent progress though. Maybe another outlet like bjj or yoga would work for me in conjunction with training at the gym
